‘Teen Mom’ Amber Portwood Parties So Hard On Her 21st Birthday She Flashes Her Bare Butt!
On-again boyfriend Gary Shirley dances with her all night — days after Amber loses custody of her baby!
Amber Portwood turned 21 on May 14, and to celebrate she partied into the wee hours of her birthday with her baby daddy Gary Shirley and their friends at a local bar!
Amber and Gary, 24, went to Jimbo’s Bar in Anderson, Indiana, where they drank and danced all night, sources tell RadarOnline.com.
This merrymaking came just days after Amber lost custody of 2-year-old Leah to Gary. During the party, Gary’s mother agreed to watch the baby girl so her parents could have a fun night out!
We’re glad Amber was able to cut loose — it sounds like she has quite a few legal battles to contend with in the near future! Hopefully she isn’t turning into the new Jenelle Evans!

Why is everybody freaking out because Amber lost her child. Yeah she choose to go out and party on her 21st birthday and showed off her ass to everybody because she was drunk as can be. Stop making a big deal about everything. If you watch the shows of amber and gary. Gary was a better person in the end to take care of leah. Did you see the way Amber treated gary by punching him and pushing him down the stairs. Gary loves Leah like no other and i know amber loves leah to but really she choose to be like that when she could have been a better girlfriend to Gary. Thats all i got to say and people stop freaking out and think about the problem first.

Oh give me a break, she goes out to celebrate her first LEGAL birthday and now they should lose custody of their child? Every parent deserves the right to cut loose once in a while. I’m sure they left Leah with Gary’s mother or someone equally reliable while they had one night of partying. It’s only an issue if the parent is getting wasted everyday and neglecting their child. One night of partying doesn’t equate negligent parenting.

From the photos of these two idiots, having their baby daughter taken away by social services, seems to be the best thing that could happen to them. Now they can party all the live long day w/out the responsibility of a child to care for. As ugly as these two are, it’s amazing what a beautiful little girl they produced. I hope she will be adopted by a loving, caring couple.

The baby wasn’t taken away for nefarious purposes (for the record, I think they are HORRIBLE parents.) but because the vandalism of AP’s house and vehicle was becoming so severe they were fearing for their personal safety and the safety of the child. The child was moved voluntarily to G’s until the police and AP can come up with some solutions to the vandalism,or the vandals can be arrested. CPS put out a statement attesting to the above, as did AP and G shortly afterward. This is why I don’t like HL and HB, and rarely come here-they don’t report all the facts, just partial or halfbaked ones. Everything stated above about this case is easily obtainable on the net, or with a call by HB’s “reporter” to CPS’s media division, yet they didn’t even bother to do what is taught in grade 9 journalism class. People like to read the facts about people, and not read a article then find they were lied to by omission. Shame on HB, get some real reporters, and maybe you’ll turn yourselves from a celeb rag into something worth reading.

chelse, what the other person is trying to tell you is that this happened the night of 5/13— b/c once the clock struck midnight, it was technically the 14th, and she became “legal”… she didn’t wait until the night of her birthday, she did it the second the clock ticked into the 14th (which most people, like you, consider the night of the 13th).
