Not only did Arnold have an affair with Mildred for 20 years … he paid for her plastic surgery too!

With each new dirty little secret of Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s revealed, our heart aches for his loyal wife of 25 years Maria Shriver. Arnold didn’t think it was enough to cheat on his wife in their own bed with their housekeeper Mildred Baena, but he also paid for her plastic surgery! Arnold funded Mildred’s boob job, lip enhancements AND even bought her adult daughter Jackie a breast augmentation. This is just sick.

“Mildred was so proud of the work,” a friend of hers tells Star. “She showed off [her breasts] to all of us.”

Not only did Mildred get a breast augmentation and later a reduction on Arnold’s dime, he paid for her daughter Jackie to go to Columbia and get her own set of fake breasts.

“Arnold told her, ‘Get bigger boobs, and you can be in the movies,’” the source adds.

Arnold didn’t just shower Mildred with her choice of plastic surgeons, he also bought her an SUV and took her and their lovechild on trips to Disneyland and Universal Studios.

But Arnold didn’t only feel obligated to help Mildred and their son live comfortably. He went the extra mile and took Mildred on lavish shopping sprees to Armani and even posed for family portraits with her and their lovechild.

If Maria knows what’s good for her, she will NEVER take Arnold back.
