A friend of Reggie Bush’s tells HollywoodLife.com Reggie considers Kim Kardashian “the one who got away,” so he’s probably feeling sad about her engagement to Kris Humphries right now — poor guy!
For more than three years, Reggie Bush and Kim Kardashian were the “it” couple of the NFL and Hollywood, so when they broke up the final time in 2010, the world was shocked! Now, Kim, 29, is engaged to NBA player Kris Humphries, and a friend of Reggie’s tells HollywoodLife.com she made sure to tell her former love the big news before the story broke all over the world.
“Reggie was told about Kris and Kim’s engagement this past weekend because Kim knew everyone would be contacting him for reaction,” the insider tells us May 25. “He was apparently made aware of the People magazine cover as well.”
Adds the friend, “During their last breakup, Reggie told me Kim may have been the one who got away. He loved her to death.”
Unfortunately, Kim reportedly was waiting awhile for Reggie, 26, to propose — and when that didn’t happen, she moved on. She’s now been with Kris, 25, for six months.
Meanwhile, Reggie has been dating Canadian singer and model, Melissa Molinaro, who coincidentally looks exactly like Kim, for a few months now. In fact, a source tells us exclusively the handsome football pro was spotted at her house in Los Angeles on May 23.
As happy we are for Kim and Kris, a small part of us is still disappointed things didn’t work out with Reggie.

To be honest… this guy tries to hard… it seems fake the way he talks to Kim. IT doesn’t seem natural or like a Real Love. Come on 6 months and he is a nobody in the NBA… Khloe and Lamar seem real and it seems like no one is really excited the way they were when Khloe got married.
Hopefully it is real but I don’t think it will last. She is just wanting to get married for the decorations and the dress… she too rush rush… IT would have bee nice to see her and Reggie get married that relationship seemed way more intimate and real.

Reggie should have never cheated as simple as that. They were the better couple and kim seemed more happy. Kim seems a little damaged after Reggie. I know a little piece of her heart still loves him. Even though she has to move on . I dont like humphries. something about him seems fishy…very fishy.

Give me a frikkin break…Reggie should be happy he didnt marry this slut. If she really happy and loved Kris Humphries she would never accept a ring worth 2 mill from a cat who barely makes that. its a sad day for reggie bush fans.. are u kidding on kris humprphy .. he is too big for her.. she is like a small ant infront of him.. Reggie and bush on maxim looked a lot better than franestine. Reggie is the one that dumped Kim, not the other way around. He cheated on her and humilated her. But…I do think Reggie regrets dumping her. He is a young man and was probably listening to other people saying he was too young to be in a serious relationship. He listened and realized it wasn’t worth it.

Kim deserves happiness like the rest of us. I think they make a better couple because he complements her well. Reggie is going to be the cheating type, and I think Kim knows that at the end of the day. Kris is a stand-up dude, and definitely more “marriage” material! I vote Kris all the way!!

Why the hell do we care about these people. No one would know about Kim Kardashian and her sisters had it not been for Ray J and their sex tape. In my opinion they have only been together for 6 months and I think that Kim wanted to get engaged to satisfy the media. Reggie wouldnt do it because of why she got famous and Kris is an athlete so he will be getting hell in the locker room and so she better hope he is the one and he is only 25. I think she is just trying to one up Khloe and eventhough I dont necessarily like the Kardashians I can tell that Khloe and Lamar are in love

Reggie Bush is still the cute and handsome out of all Kim’s men included Kris which has the same name has her mother. Kim’s engagement is not new because she got engage almost two weeks ago. But she sold her story to PEOPLE Magazine and had to wait till today for the magazine to announce it. Kim might got the bigger ring but Khloe got the real love which money can not buy. Sorry Kim. The world love her when she was with Reggie. No wonder Reggie and Kim still talk off/on because its love with them still. Now lets see how long Kim & Kris will last (they don’t even like right together). Everytime I see KK together, I laugh. Reggie, you are still alot favorable.
