On a promo for the new season of ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians,’ pissed off Bruce Jenner finds 15-year-old Kendall with birth control pills! Is she already fooling around? Mama Kris says ‘you’ll have to wait and see!’
Is this some sort of joke? Because to me, Kris Jenner, 55, should not be kidding around about a serious topic such as putting your 15-year-old daughter on birth control! We know she’s longing for another grandchild, but couldn’t Kris keep her eyes on her older daughters? You know the ones married/engaged and in their 30s?!
I’ve watched little Kendall, who is apparently not so little anymore, grow up on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, whose sixth season airs on E! starting June 12. I’m just so surprised that she’s already on the pill…and so is her dad Bruce Jenner!
“She’s on birth control, but…” the always candid Khloé Kardashian, 26, tells E!‘s Marc Malkin before getting cut off by her sister, Kourtney, 32.
“You can let her answer it,” Kourtney says, pointing toward Kris.
“But I’m the one who has all the talks with her,” Khloé continues.
“No comment, no comment,” said queen of the household Kris, adding, “You’ll have to wait and see.” (See what?!)
But still, Khloé insists Kendall is not on birth control for the reason everyone might assume. We hope so! She might simply be struggling with acne or menstrual cramps — which would be a good thing in my eyes!
I just hope 13-year-old Kylie doesn’t take after her big sister when it comes to this. Both of them are just a little too young to me! Do you agree?

This is a little personal but i dont care what you think… I have been on birth control pills since I was 13, I am 15 now. I have never had sex and I don’t plan to until I feel ready. So all you idiots need to shut up. She’s obviously using it for acne or menstrual cramps. I personally use it for menstrual cramps and it does help.

yes it does help with menstrual cramps, i took my Daughter to the doctor and she put her on them when she had bad cramps BUT she was 17 Yrs old not 12 or 15, OMG!!

First things first Kendall started using birth control pills when she was 12yrs old, not 15 yrs old….The pills are used to regulate her menstrual cycle…Too all you pigs out there leave this girl alone, she is not a kardashian.

oh my god. seriously? we are in the 21st century , 2011. there are 11/12 year olds having sex WITHOUT Birth Control, i think we should be a little more concerened with them !
having sex or not, shes protecting herself also she could be on for medical reasons such as acne and menstrual cramps etc.

Kids are having sex younger and younger its better to be safe if you are going to do it. I was put on birth-control when i was 14 for a hormonal balancer, and i didn’t do anything until i was 17. It doesn’t mean anything if you are on it.

As gorgeous as Kendall is, a lot of guys are going to be wanting to have sex with her, so she might as well take precautions so she doesn’t wind up getting pregnant. I think it’s pretty smart of her.

Lets not pretend to be all ignorant in these matters. I’m sure whether we like it or not a huge percentage of 15 year olds are sexually active. If she is on birth control I think she is a smart girl. It’s actually a very mature of her to be responsible.

Absolutely not. I don’t know what century you’re living in, but kids start way younger. Abstinance (sp??) is never going to happen so instead of acting as though “your child will never do that” prevention is key. Why take the chance? She has a bright futute so instead of her hindering that with a possibility of becoming pregnant, stop it now.

Someone saying that 15 is WAY too young to be on birth control is old fashioned and has their head buried in the sand and is not in touch with the reality of the world we live in today, which is not the 1960′s! Children younger then this are getting pregnant, frequently, which in my eyes is extremely said and really shouldn’t be happening, but tuff it is. This is because all we do is ‘forbid’ them till they are adult enough to understand. Well anybody who knows teenagers would agree, they always think they adult enough in their eyes. Children are growing older a lot younger these days, FACT. Prevention is the best cure, they think they are adults we need to start talking to them like that and telling them how to protect themselves. Also telling them to wait till they ready and not being pressured, but his hasn’t and isn’t working quite obviously but how many young girls are getting pregnant. Children grow up at the rate of the environment they are in, not the rate that a parent wishes or wants them to. Sex should not be a ‘hush hush’ conversation topic, it is natural and a fact of life, look how open and outspoken the Swedish are on this subject and look at their extremly low teen pregnancy rate.

Where do I begin. First of all, this is way too much private information, especially about a fifteen year old. Secondly, a reader’s poll regarding a teenager’s use of birth control, come on. Third, fifteen is not too young to have sex so it’s not too young to take precautions. Too bad all teens don’t have this access (see story #3 going down the right hand column, “teen mom, Amber Portwood parties hard on her 21st birthday”.

Taking birth control doesn’t automatically mean she’s having sex. And it’s annoying that people jump on that band wagon.
There are several other reasons she could be taking the pills, including heavy periods or acne control.
