Justin Bieber’s parents are worried that their 17-year-old son is moving too quickly with 18-year-old Selena Gomez! Here’s why!
Are Justin and Selena moving too quickly? His parents think so, especially following the young couple’s visit to Bieber’s hometown of Stratford, Ontario after their romantic Maui vacation! “Justin’s growing up so fast, all at once,” a source tells In Touch.
“He has lost his Canadian accent and totally changed the way he speaks. His family is concerned,” the insider adds, noting that he also came home with a new tattoo and earring!
But Justin’s parents are fans of Selena. “She really made a good impression,” the source confirms. “Overall, the family really likes Selena and is happy with her good-girl image.”
It’s just the relationship that has them worried, the same source explains. “They’re a little freaked out by how fast she and Justin are moving, but they’re just chalking it up to young love — for now.”

First of all I think that him getting an ear pierce, tattoo, and losing his accent has nothing to do with selena, so I don’t understand why your connecting the two.
and with the whole canadian accent, justin never had one to begin with, so it shouldn’t be news now…if anything his voice is probably getting deeper which happens with everyone.

AND how do know what there parents think? The last time I checked there has been no interview between them and the paparazzi in the longest while.

i kinda agree he hasnt even been to Canada in so long and has been touring around the US and dif parts of the world,so i wouldnt worry to much about the accent thing. depending on wat and how much the 2 wer doing i would b concerned.

Justin has had his ears pierced for a while now..it’s nothing new…only he just started wearing earrings again. To get a tattoo u need parents permission so i don’t see how that shicked them? since one of them obviously was okay with it.

I learned that the age of consent in Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Alaska, West Virginia and all of Canada is 16. 17 is the age of consent in Illinois, Missouri, Louisiana, and Texas. Yeah there is a age for everything and some ages are different for different things. With marriage you can get married with a parents consent, that’s why some are married so young. Here in Texas you have to be 18 to smoke, 16 to drive and 21 to gamble and drink. but 17 to consent to sex. There are some limitations to consenting to sex I think they can only be like one year older or something like that. Yeah its crazy lol.

Well you can gamble on lottery tickets at 18, but you can’t gamble in casinos (even stay in a casino hotel all by yourself) until you’re 21. Age of Consent and marriageable age are different. In some European countries it is also different, it’s the opposite, you can drink, party, have sex at 16 but you can’t drive until you’re 18. I am no lawyer though…

SECTION 261-269
261.5. (a) Unlawful sexual intercourse is an act of sexual
intercourse accomplished with a person who is not the spouse of the
perpetrator, if the person is a minor.
For the purposes of this section, a “minor” is a person
under the age of 18 years and an “adult” is a person
who is at least 18 years of age.
(b) Any person who engages in an act of unlawful sexual
intercourse with a minor who is not more than three years
older or three years younger than the perpetrator, is
guilty of a misdemeanor.
An adult who engages in the act of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor less than 24 months than the adult is liable for a civil penalty not to exceed two thousand dollars ($2000).
So basically even if she were taken to court and the judge found sufficient evidence that they did indeed have sexual intercourse, she would only have to pay a fine of $2000 according to California law. Which of couse is pocket change to her.

Well his mom was not everywhere actually. When they left at first she was not there, but there were chaperons with them. Then she joined them when they went to Canada, so in Texas she was not there and Hawaii I don’t think she was there either, but yes like any other parent you can be concerned and she said that on twitter that she is concerned even though he is chaperoned. Sometimes that some source can be wrong or just someone wanting to start drama. If that source is talking and taking pics then dang they need to hire new people.

well this source sounds biased!!…because anyone who has seen the photos would probably say the same thing like moving too fast..and i don’t think any of justin’s family friends would tell people that OOh jeremy and pattie think their moving too fast…give them a break and stOP making up stuff..i love them and i think their adorable..thy’re just INLOVE! x
