Is Wayne the first musician ever to decline making a song with Biebs?

Rap megastar Lil Wayne, 28, gave a very revealing interview with XXL saying Biebs, 17, is dying to work with him — but he refuses!
“That’s my little homie now,” Wayne says. “He texts me every night asking me to do [his] damn song. That’s my n****, but I can’t do it. Like I said, I don’t want to f**k his s**t up. But like I said, I want to work with Justin Timberlake. That boy got a voice. That boy can sing.”
What do you think, HollywoodLifers — is Wayne being rude or is he just putting music first?

I kinda agree with Lil Wayne. If he ever did make a song with Justin he might damage his apperance. But it will be tight if Justin would sing a song with bad words in it…oh well. Why cant Lil Wayne just not curse?

i honestly think that he’s doing it for the best of Bieber. i mean he said so himself he doesnt want to mess him up or anything. like imagine what people would say if they heard that Wayne did a song with Bieber? and vice versa? that would probably ruin both of their careers one way or another. imma Belieber and i also like Lil Wayne but i would not like it if they both did a song together.

Hi , i dont agree if ppl just say Wayne is rude. There should be a reason for it. Wayne had rejected his request , so justin has to respect wayne decision. just dont push it , like you push a chair. Remember, no all people is same as your thought.

I’m sorry this second comment but I have something else to say……..Wayne is not being rude if anyone see it how I see it….u can’t compare love and guns together they can’t be in the same sentence….wat I’m trying to say is mostly all of Jb songs is about love and girls and Wayne songs is about drugs and killing u can’t put them genres and a song it wouldn’t make sense……I think Wayne is saying Jb music is good without rap because of the stuff he uses in his songs….both of them make great music and I like them both I listen to they music everyday don’t mix two diffrent genres together…..BUT I STILL THINK IF THEY WERE TO DO A SONG IT WOULD BE GREAT…..they just need to write something tht fits the music they both write….if agree reply with the word like…(always wanted to do tht but plz do if u agree not begging) ;)

Lil Wayne wasn’t neccessarily being rude…. It’s just the fact that Justin Bieber’s type of music wouldn’t exactly collide with Lil Wayne’s. The two different types of music wouldn’t sound right together & they both share different song histories.

I don’t think Wayne is being rude they are both great celebs tht has great voices………but Wayne said himself he don’t want to mess up his music I think he meant tht rap in pop don’t get along but…..but if he wanted to do a song with Jb he can he just don’t think it’s right……although if they was to do a song with each other it would be great…..I love Justin Bieber and lil’wayne they make great music

lil wanye is so mean to a star that is a role model for millions of girls and justin timberlake doesnot sound no better than the one and only justin bieber! and lil wanye he cant sing worth all the money he getting from people that like him….:) so really they wouldnt sound good together anyway cause justin be singing good and lil wanye be sounding all ghetto and stuff….so they shouldnt do it and my advice for you justin FIND SOMEONE ELSE like do a duet or somethin with selena :)
