By looking at this photo of Gwyneth Paltrow, 38, would you ever be able to tell that she’s had two kids? Gwyneth stripped down to nothing but a Louis Vuiton necklace and fishnet tights for the July issue of Vanity Fair — and she looks unbelievable!
The actress who started Goop, a website dedicated to healthy living works out with well-known trainer Tracy Anderson, and reportedly gets up at 4:30AM daily to exercise. Now that’s commitment.
“I’m really not a morning person at all,” Gwyneth recently revealed. “It is just sheer determination. I’m very strict with myself. When I practice six days a week and eat clean food, I feel much better.”
It’s clearly paying off. Gwyneth has two adorable children, Apple, 7, and Moses, 5, with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin — and you’d never be able to even tell she’s had kids! Gwyneth has an enviable figure, if only we could all be so disciplined!

It is not like she is a genetic freak and this is her natural state. She works out more than two hours per day, 6 days per week, eats an extraordinarily strict diet, does cleanses that can only be described as militant, frequently and can concentrate on herself and her appearance so intently as she has servants to do every other task required. She does look good but I know regular people who look just as good without those same privileges. That is what is really impressive.

I paid $32.67 for a XBOX 360 and my mom got a 17 inch Toshiba laptop for $94.83 being delivered to our house tomorrow by fed3x. I will never again pay expensive r3tailprices at stores.I even sold a 46 inch HDTV to my boss for $650 and it only cost me $52.78 to get.
