Vienna thinks her rhinoplasty will make her prettier: ‘I went through life questioning myself in the mirror, but my reflection smiles now!’
Former Bachelor winner and Jake Pavelka‘s ex-fiancee Vienna Girardi has made a very noitceable change to her face. The 25-year-old reality star got a nose job on July 15 performed by plastic surgeon Dr. Franklin Rose (whose daughter Erica Rose was also on The Bachelor), Vienna tells Us magazine.
“Sometimes our beauty is seen differently from within ourselves than what reflects in society’s mirror,” explains Vienna of why she chose to undergo rhinoplasty. “I went through life questioning myself in the mirror, but my reflection smiles now … If it makes you feel better about yourself, then I say do it.”
Vienna’s still experiencing pain from getting sliced up. ”It has only been a few days since my surgery and I’m in a ton of pain,” she confesses. “But the excitement of seeing my new nose soon is keeping me in good spirits.”
But she has good friends helping her recover. ”I have my wonderful boyfriend Kasey Kahl here taking care of me and my girlfriend Erica Rose,” says Vienna.
And Vienna’s being completely honest, for once, about the surgery. “Couldn’t wear makeup during my ET interview bc of surgery… Dnt judge me lol,” Vienna tweeted on July 20. “I want my surgery to be looked at as positive reflection of how I feel.”
Vienna’s boyfriend Krazy Kasey even supports Vienna’s alteration. “@ViennaGirardi I think you are beautiful either way!!” Kasey tweeted on July 20. ”Im very proud of you and glad I was here to take care of you. Love you cupcake :)”

women should know that they are beautiful just as they are. Women should not have to feel like they are not beautiful without surgery or implants. True beauty is who we are naturally, God created us all individually, and each person is beautiful. The :”ideal woman” our society says is beautiful does not exist, because to be it you have to go through surgeries and then it is fake not real. Im sorry VIenna, but women are beautiful without surgery. You were beautiful before and still are, but it is not because of your nose job.

She was a beautiful girl before and is now. She did not need a nose job. I can’t believe some of people’s comments on her. They are jealous of her beauty, obviously.

Vienna is a beautiful girl with or without a nose job, but her inner beauty is now shining through. I’am very happy for her. “Eat your heart out Jake the Snake”
