Miley Cyrus is the newest Disney darling to mention that she views herself as the next Angelina Jolie, but she has to get in line because pop stars Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato said it too! Who do YOU think is most like the A-list superstar?
If she could follow in any actress’ footsteps, Miley Cyrus says she would love to be the “new Angelina Jolie.” The 18-year-old pop star told Ryan Seacrest July 27 she admires Angie’s charity work and is planning on modeling herself after the altruistic actress. Miley has been sporting a ton of racy black leather ensembles while on her Can’t Be Tamed Tour, so maybe her announcement that she looks up to Angie shouldn’t be so surprising. (After all, Angie does love her black leather dresses!) However, what IS surprising: Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez have said the same thing!
“I want to be able to play more serious parts. I think it would be awesome to play an Angelina Jolie-type role in an action movie,” Demi told Teen Vogue in 2010. Then, just last week, Demi brought up Angie again during a radio interview, saying she’s one of her biggest role models.
Interestingly enough, Selena ALSO recently said she looks up to the talented actress and mom of six and would be honored to be compared to her.

Well if its based on pure acting talent I believe the 2 closet 2 being on angelina’s level are miley and demi! They are amazing actresses sooooo talented out of this world. And obviously no1 is really ever gonna be on angelina’s level but those 2 are the closets, honestly no offense but I don’t beleve selena is as talented as those 2- musically or in acting but miley and demi are on top! Btw they are awesome singers 2!

I think, because people say they would look up to Angelina Jolio, it should be Demetria Lovato should definitely be chosen. This is because she has been through so much she deserves to be compared to Angelina. Demetria all the way!

Urm excuse me, but i’m offended by that. I’m 14. Just because someone gets things wrong, and actually shares their opinion, which this whole thing is about, doesn’t mean you can go around saying their opinion is wrong. And plus, no offence to any of the celebrities I actually like all of them, but how would you know if Selena was sweet and innocent, how would you know if Angelina was sweet and innocent. Miley isn’t trashy, she’s learning from her own mistakes, how to live this life basically alone and as a young adult, she’s trying to find her style, you shouldn’t hate on her because she’s learning, it’s what we all do. And I would really want to know exactly why you think Demetria Lovato shouldn’t be in the vote, as she has been through bullying, where it got so bad that she actually had to be home schooled since 7th grade, anorexia, bulimia these were from age 8, could you believe that, at age 8 she was struggling to even eat because she was called fat and ugly in her school! And then at age 11 she started cutting, it got that bad, that she started cutting! How would you like it? Honestly, how would you like that? To be humilated in school, being called fat and ugly from age 8, no-one and i mean no-one deserves that kind of treatment at that young of an age. To start cutting away the pain hoping she could leave this world at age 11, how hard would it have been for you to cope, through all of this from day 1, and come out at the age of 19 healthy and happy again? She deserves to be in that vote, she deserves anything she does, so in my opinion you can go screw yourself.

none of them can stack up to Angelina. looking at the pictures all three just look like little girls next to Angelina. It’s like comparing Jim Morrison from the doors to Beiber. Even sans the age difference, if you were to pull up pictures where age wasn’t a factor there would be no difference.
