It’s called avoiding tan lines duh! I live in Cali also and what u do is u take of the straps so u Kent have tan lines. Everyone does it if they tan no matter what age!

I am European, To me it looks as though she is just sunbathing, but if she did go actually topless, how is that a problem and why is it up for debate in America, I just do not understand why the US is so prudish ,reserved and conservative about topless sunbathing

Selena isn’t doing anything wrong in the photo. She was probably in a private hotel and not a public place. So what if she has her straps undone and her back bare. So what if it would’ve been different and she did actually have her top off. Guys can do it, so why not females??? American society has a very puritanical and archaic view of the human body. She was doing something in private. Let’s understand that. She was in private and minding her own business. Lets be aware of the fact the the photos were taken with a telephoto lens. That means she is the victim here. Her privacy was invaded. If a photographer has to look over a fence, or climb a tree, to get a photo of someone then that means that a person’s privacy is being invaded. Selena is a person like everyone else. Let her have her privacy. Show some respect.
