The blue is fun in theory, but I don’t think she’s really working it. It looks fried to death. Lauren Conrad’s subtle blue streaks look way less crazy. And more attractive.
And Kate should choose between rocker chick or chiffon and pearls. She really can’t have it both ways.
Not a fan of this look. At all.
