She looks healthy and toned but my oh my those shoes were an awful choice for that pic. Scarlett has short/muscular legs so all the laces on the shoes make her look very short/stalky. They should have put her in super high pumps or something. She also has a very weird look on her face

This is a great photo, but she is looking awfully skinny to me.
Thin is good, skinny is not!
