The ’30 Rock’ star welcomed daughter Penelope Athena on Wednesday, August 10. Wonderful news!
Tina Fey is now a proud mommy of two girls! Her rep confirms to People.com that the comedienne, 41, and her husband Jeffrey Richmond, 51, welcomed a healthy baby girl, Penelope Athena, earlier this week.
Tina joked to Ellen DeGeneres earlier this year that she was planning on keeping the sex of the baby a secret, saying, “I’m just going to see what it chooses to wear to prom.” Well, we’re sure big sister Alice, 5, is thrilled that she now has a baby sister!
At first, Tina, who’s constantly busy working on her hit NBC show 30 Rock, was apprehensive to add another child to her family, but after much consideration she went for it — and good thing she did!
Welcome to the world Penelope! We can’t wait to meet you!
