Selena met Julia two years ago and signed her guitar, now they’re performing together — how cool is that?!
Selena Gomez has one of the purest and most selfless hearts in Hollywood! Despite juggling her busy schedule of touring with her band Selena Gomez and the Scene and seeing her beau Justin Bieber, she spends quite a bit of her time volunteering for Ryan Seacrest‘s non-profit organization called The Voice. Selena stopped by The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia on Aug. 24 and did more than brighten a little girl’s day!
Selena went to visit Julia, a little girl she met two years ago and come to find out, Julia has since learned how to play the guitar. The Disney star decided to perform her new hit single “Who Says” with Julia and it was awesome! Isn’t Selena just adorable and so compassionate?

If this was Miley you wouldnt even care. She did a duet on stage with one of her fans who had cancer & died 2 days later. But nooo everybody cares about selena gomez because shes dating justin bieber. After they break up she’ll be irrevelant again.
