Everyone in Hollywood knows Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato didn’t have the easiest break-up! Now more than a year since going their separate ways, body language experts tell HollywoodLife.com how they really feel about each other!
Running into your ex isn’t always a good experience. For 22-year-old Joe Jonas and 19-year-old Demi Lovato, their break-up was tough and made it virtually impossible for them to be in the same room. However, at the Aug. 28 MTV Video Music Awards, the pair was caught on camera catching up. While it may look like the two could be on the road to reconciliation, experts say their posed pictures tell a totally different story!
Body language expert Vincent Harris tells HollywoodLife.com, “When someone is feeling happy; experiencing real feelings of joy inside, their smile will manifest automatically, and the muscles around the eyes will contract, causing the “crow’s feet” wrinkles at the corners of the eyes,” he says. “We don’t see that, in this photo; all of the action is from the upper lip down. Demi and Joe appear to just be posing because they have to for a photo opp. They seem quite uncomfortable and awkward with each other.”
Demi’s stint in rehab and emotionally troubled past could also be a reason for their less than stellar body language. Expert Sanjay Burman says, “Joe and Demi look like they are put off by one another..maybe he can be a little repulsed since he is very religious and she has not only been in rehab, but cuts herself and possibly suicidal at some point. Their faces look like they have been injected with a lot of botox. No expression, forced smiles and lack of sincerity.”
Ouch! not such great results, and according to Dr. Lillian Glass, Joe and Demi won’t be spending much time together in the near future!
“Because Joe and Demi are looking in different directions, this indicates that there is something wrong between them,” she tells HollywoodLife.com. “This is not a good sign. But the rest pictures they look happy together, but more so a forced happy. There is some tension between them. They are both going their separate ways emotionally.”

You can tell demi and joe liked each other, but I guess there love for one another wasn’t strong enough to make their relationship last, if only their camp rock feelings were real. I think joe and demi really suit,and they need to get back together because there so cute together!on the other hand it is their decision,this is for joe and demi -why don’t you sing ‘wouldn’t change a thing’ and if it means something,then find out if you two still have feelings for each other:)joe is so hot!unfortunately he is 22,(too old for me)10 years difference,but I have an obsession with him!!LOVEYOUJOE!! I love both Joe and Demi they have both inspired me in different ways. I do think they should get back together cause they’re so cute!:) However if they don’t think it would work again they should remain the best friends they use to be. I love them!<3

That’s what I’ve been thinking! I said it! But all these things about “he can be a little repulsed since he is very religious and she has not only been in rehab, but cuts herself and possibly suicidal at some point” is ridiculous. They were uncomfortable and that’s all. BTW I love Joe!

I really don’t care what a “body expert” says; I think Joe wants her back because if you noticed his hand NEVER left her side in those pics and also he’s looking her in the eye something he didn’t do when they were dating. I hope they become semi close friends again because they were great together(As friends and possibly a couple)This is just my opinion(:

They did not part on good terms. He did flaunt AG in front of her on tour (by just taking her with him that is flaunting). She didn’t want his ‘attention’. They were both at the VMA’s and met. Simple as that! Demi is no better OR worse than Miley OR Selena. Joe AND Demi should never get back together as it did not work the first time for a reason. Got it? Good. Peace.

Demi is still quite fragile in every way and it may take a long time before she is a happy confident person again.
Those cruel fat comments from people did little to help her either She needs and deserves someone who is much more reliable, mature and supportive than Joe so I hope she has nothing more to do with him.

Different directions? Totally. Demi s going for success after Skyscraper and Joe is going for another flop like See No More.
I doubt he was repulsed (what a fail of article, Hollywood life!). And Demi is the one who should be repulsed. The way he flaunted Ashley on her face while on tour was disgusting. And he knew her problems to being with, and didn’t even for a second thought about what he was doing to her.

I agreed with the experts! They breaking up in May on good terms! but Joe isn’t friend with her anymore, because she is a false, hypocrite and loves the attention. She played the victim always.

They are looking in different directions as more than one photographer was taking their pic! In another pic they’ve swapped ‘looking’ sides! So I doubt that is an issue. But it looked more comfortable for Joe and more uncomfortable for Demi tbh. Friends maybe, but not close after what happened between them I’d bet.

Guys are very simple and don’t like anything complicated. The notion of an emotionally complicated relationship is to men a huge turn-off. Joe likely looks at Demi and sees damaged goods. For a guy who can have almost any woman he wants, it’s not worth the hassle for him to have to deal with that sort of relationship drama. Just drop the relationship when it gets too involved or messy and find something much simplier. Which is why guys like Leonardo Dicapro and George Clooney are always jumping from one bed to the next. Because it’s like taking the easy road. As far as Demi goes, I don’t think she would ever forgive him for taking Ashley on that tour. Whatever caused their breakup, Demi might be able to forgive. What Joe did after they had broken up, probably not.

well of course they picked the most awkward pictures of them and the ones they don’t look happy in… lol. I think they were happy to see each other but it was kind of awkward. In the other ones though they were laughing and at least they were looking in to each others eyes.
