Demi split with Joe Jonas in May. Is it too soon to move on with Nick Simmons?
Demi Lovato has been through a lot since her May breakup with longtime friend Joe Jonas. It’s now September and she seems to finally have moved on from the Jo Bro with Nick Simmons. But is it too soon? How long should you wait before seriously dating someone new? HollywoodLife.com spotted the 19-year-old starlet at Hollywood’s Lexington Social House with a group of friends on Sept. 3. However, she was mostly focused on her new man, the 22-year-old son of Kiss rocker Gene Simmons.
The two were PDA’ing like crazy in the presence of her friends, kissing and tickling one another like mad. They left the restaurant together at the same time after enjoying their night of fun.
The starlet was heartbroken after her May split with Joe, 22, though, who casually dumped her after three months and years of friendship. Does this new relationship have a shot of lasting, or has she not given herself enough time to heal?
It’s barely gone three months since the breakup, but everyone moves at their own pace. However, if you’re getting over someone you’ve really been in love with as well as the pain of rejection, someone you’re seeing after such a short time in merely going to be a rebound or transition guy.
This is not always the case; there are exceptions. However, it might be safer for your heart to find someone you have a good time with and are attracted to after getting over a great love. Why put unnecessary pressure on yourself?

Demi isn’t dating that guy. Hollywood Life is the only entity to report that rumor. Demi addressed the rumor directly and said that it was ridiculous. She said it in the nicest way possible, so those weren’t her exact words, but, yeah, basically she thought it was laughable. When Demi said that nothing could be further from the truth, and that the report made her giggle, it makes me wonder if that dude is even interested in girls. Not that I care whether he is or not.

This latest Demi dating rumor sounds like total BS. Where are the PICS? Demi cannot go to the airport or go on a bike ride without a pic being taken of her. Sounds like BS such as teh rumor she was dating Darren Criss, flirting with Chord Overstreet and had a fling with Ryan Phillpe.
According to her tweets, she has been busy rehearsing her shows, hanging out with her friend lauren who flew in from Dallas and wouldn’t she at least tweeted him?
If she is dating him, it will not last.

it doesnt matter how many guys demi has “tickled”, she gave her whole heart to joe and she never fully got it back. i dont think there ever going to be over. at least i hope not. the look in there eyes when there together that spells true love. but in hollywood you never know the truth.

Oh that is SO wrong. Much more went on than you think. Demi was hardly the one who got hurt. She’s just too dishonest to tell the truth, and Joe is too much of a gentleman. One day it will come out though. There’s a song about it on his album. She’s not the sweetheart you all think she is. She’s been lying to you about a million things all along, and still is. You’ll see.

Don’t ask “how do you know?” Honestly, I know. You wouldn’t believe how many friends of hers post online. Lots and lots of them. And not all of them are as loyal to her as she thinks. They are sick of her lies too.

WTF is this? Joe and Demi broke up more than a year ago then she dated Wilmer Valderrama and broke up with him in May this year. It’s not a question of wether it is too soon to move on more like is she ready to be in a relationship with how crazy her life is right now… Having a single coming out and all.
