With one of the hottest casts in Hollywood, we’re sure anyone would die to be behind-the-scenes during the filming of Breaking Dawn. We caught up with Julia Jones, who plays Leah Clearwater (a wife of the wolves), at the Mercedes-Benz Star Lounge at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. She told us all about the highly-anticipated wedding scene and what it was like being on set with the hottest men in Hollywood!
“The wedding was shot towards the very end of filming and we [Julia and Taylor Lautner] both went to set that day even though we weren’t working, just to be there. Everyone was all dressed up, they all looked gorgeous and everyone was all together so it really was like the finale of filming the franchise. It was very emotional and it’s likely that a lot of that emotion got infused into the emotion of the wedding — I wonder if they planned that on purpose!” Julia said to Hollywoodlife.com.
Even off-camera, the cast members supported each other and acted like one big family! Julia said the cast would put together group dinners and they would take turns cooking for each other. According to Julia, the cast became almost inseparable — like you do with your BFFs from home.
“I really feel close to a lot of my cast members, I feel the same way I do towards them as I do my friends I grew up with, it’s very real,” Julia said.
We’re sure those close connections that the cast shared will be reflected onscreen in the emotional finale. When we asked about Breaking Dawn‘s leading stars, Julia only had rave reviews.
“Rob is really funny, Taylor’s really smart, and Kristen’s really cool,” Julia revealed.
It’s nice to know that our favorite actors have more to their personalities than just their good looks. When we tried to ask her if fellow cast mates talked about their love lives on set, Julia played coy, but hinted that just like in a college dorm, gossip spreads fast on the Breaking Dawn set!
“I mean were really good friends and we talk about everything really good friends talk about,” Julia said.

yes you right veroniva kristen is one of the biggest actress. definetly robert too. but imean common guys the on the road producer says that kristen will be nominated for an oscar maybe . both of them are really awesome actors and another of the cast

I will tell you there are a lot of actors in those films that when the films finish so do their careers–there are a few that will go on–Robert, maybe Kristen , Jodelle and Boo Boo Stewart–they will have careers

Maybe Kristen? Pfft…DEFINATELY Kristen!!! Girl, she’s had a career since she was a kid…I don’t expect it to suddenly end in the slightest. If anything, she’ll be around for the longest time when compared to everyone else. But, I do agree with your statement about once Breaking Dawn ends, so will the careers of many of the cast.
