Just a month ago, 39-year-old Sofia revealed how she and Nick were battling over babies. He’s desperate for a child — but she couldn’t imagine giving her 19-year-old son Manolo a little brother or sister.
She told Redbook magazine, “When I had Manolo, I was 19, and I had the energy for everything. My boyfriend now wants to have kids, and I don’t even want to think about it. I would have to get into that mind-set again, the waking up early.”
Well…. it looks like Nick won that battle!
Sofia snapped up the vitamins — which give pregnant women essential folic acid, calcium and iron — after a lunchdate in LA on Wednesday, September 14.

I know girls who have been taking these vitamins since high school. They are good for you and Amanda is right, a lot of hair stylists recommend client to buy prenatal vitamins for healthy hair and nails.

A lot of women who aren’t pregnant, nor planning to get pregnant, take prenatal vitamins. They’re great for your hair and nails!
