According to a source, Ramona wanted Jill out so she brought her own friends in — and Bravo liked Ramona’s friends more than Jill!

It’s no secret that The Real Housewives of New York City star Ramona Singer can’t stand her former co-star Jill Zarin. They spent all of season four battling it out and verbally abusing each other. Ramona even seemed excited when the news broke that Jill had been fired. Well, it turns out that Ramona may have played a hand in getting Jill removed from the cast for season five!

Ramona “wanted Jill out and her friends in,” a source tells Us magazine. Ramona ”came to Bravo with a few pals she thought would make good additions. Bravo decided to go with the new girls and not Jill, so Ramona basically ran her off the show.” Yikes!

But according to Ramona, she has nothing to do with Bravo’s final decision of who to cast. ”We can recommend people to come to the show, but it’s not my decision,” she says.

Ultimately, “Jill caused a lot of problems,” adds another source. “Her castmates were upset with her, since she’d tweet all these negative things. Karma’s a bitch.”
