When you think of Snow White, the Disney princess, do you imagine shields, armor and hair that looks like it could seriously use some dry shampoo? I didn’t either, but that is definitely the direction that this film is taking. A cute bob with a red silk headband would not work with a suit of armor on horseback, but it’s refreshing to see Kristen Stewart portray Snow White as a strong warrior, instead of a weak princess in constant need of saving.
