Evangeline Lilly, known for her role on Lost, may not be the biggest fan of planes for more than one reason. Despite the fact that she is seen on screen in an iconic plane crash, her off-screen experiences are just as intense!
Evangeline Lilly dished all about her life in the air as a flight attendant on Jay Leno Monday night while promoting her new robot boxing film, Real Steel — and her story is something you should not miss!
Before Evangeline made it big on Lost, she was a flight attendant for Royal Airlines. Last night, she said the job was “the worst ever” and described how she plotted revenge on one of her most difficult customers.
She told Jay, “One time there was this guy who was really awful to me, and I was really struggling that day, because I had really bad gas. And as a flight attendant, you don’t let that go when you’re on a plane,” she said. “So this guy got under my skin to the point that finally I decided to save it all up, and when I was walking past him and when I got to row 48… I let it rip, right in his face.”
Lesson to everyone who ever flies with Evangeline: do not make her mad or she might rip you a new one…literally. We love how open Lilly is and this story is hilarious. We will never anger a flight attendant again!

I agree. There’s a massive double standard when it comes to farting – it’s supposed to be funny when men do it and repulsive when women do it or even talk about it. Well, I think it’s even more hilarious when women do it, precisely for that stupid double standard. Women should fart more often in public spaces just to piss men off. Call it feminism in action. :-)
