Ryan Gosling stars in the political thriller Ides of March alongside George Clooney — who also pulls quadruple duty as writer, director and producer on the film. Ryan excels as Stephen Myers, a young, idealistic press secretary for George’s Mike Morris, a presidential candidate in the midst of a tense primary race. Stephen’s ideals are put to the test as the campaign draws nearer to the all important Ohio primary. The movie is based on the play Farragut North. The cast also includes Phillip Seymour Hoffman, Paul Giamatti, Marisa Tomei and Evan Rachel Wood. Go see it, you won’t be disappointed.
