The ‘Star Trek’ & ‘Heroes’ star comes out in an honest new interview — we’re so happy for him!
Zachary Quinto has been in several blockbusters, from the big-screen Star Trek reboot to the TV show Heroes. But his boldest move yet was revealing in a recent interview that he is homosexual — and we think it’s amazing for him to be so brave!
Zachary, 34, casually revealed his sexual orientation during an interview with New York, where he discussed performing in the play Angels in America.
“Doing that play made me realize how fortunate I am to have been born when I was born,” he said. “And to not have to witness the decimation of an entire generation of amazingly talented and otherwise vital men. And at the same time, as a gay man, it made me feel like I — there’s still so much work to be done.”
