Justin Bieber is under fire from Mariah Yeater, who says Biebs is her baby daddy. But legal experts tell HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that Mariah should be less concerned about the paternity and MORE worried about her potential jail time!
Justin, 17, was on Today on Nov. 4 and spoke out about the claim, effectively ending any doubt that he had even MET Mariah.
But Mariah, 20, and her legal team are on the offensive nonetheless. On Nov. 3, her lawyers went on Dr. Drew, where attorney Matt Pare said, “In the relevant time period, she wasn’t having sex with anyone else. That’s how we know Justin Bieber is, in fact, the father of the baby.
But given that we’re sure Biebs is NOT the father of her child, we contacted some legal experts who theorize that she could face BIG trouble with the law!
LA attorney Mychal Wilson tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY, “The lawyers representing Mariah Yeater will go forward with their claim regardless of Justin Bieber’s announcement this morning that Yeater’s allegations are false. Yeater is facing quite a bit of trouble if she is found lying: she could face up to two years in jail. She will have to prove to the court that she has sufficient evidence that Justin Bieber is indeed the father of her child. And again this all must be done under oath. Personally, I am very surprised that her lawyers didn’t have her take a polygraph test before taking her on. Their reputations are at risk, and quite frankly the way this case is being handled is rather sleazy. The lawyers say they want privacy, but why then have they turned this into a media circus? If she doesn’t have adequate evidence that Justin could be the father of her child, the courts could decide not to pursue the case. In fact, she could be investigated for possible statutory rape if her claims are true.”

In my point of view its questionable on both sides, I mean if Justin Bieber isn’t the father then he loses nothing by taking that paternity test and proving he girl wrong, and sorry to say this girls but a guy is a guy and if he has the need looks wont matter hahaha. Anyways the girl here also faces big problems here I mean I think she knew the risk she would run by saying she had sex with a 17 year old when she was 19, that she could be accused of rape yet she still went on with the charges. Like I said have the kid take the paternity test its not gonna kill him and that way all his problems and drama would away, stop being a little kids and be man for goodness sake.
Ohhh and the baby actually resembles him a lot same face just a little chubbier.

okay, so as a medical student i saw the interview and noticed the baby had blue eyes and JB’s eyes are brown, i didn’t look into it but my little sister told me his parents eyes are brown (because she creeped for me :)) but if so it’s highly unlikely the baby is his, just saying. plus as my baby sister says he can do muchhhh better! i mean look at selena gomez then look at her, uh yeah “he picked you” keep telling yourself that. and if it is her baby she broke the law and should go to jail anyways :)

So why isnt selena gomez facing charges? She’s only a year younger then this girl but everyone says its ok with her….which,IT IS!!! I think this country is going way to far on “sex offenders”… The only people who need to be locked up are the much older people on the much younger people and any un-consentual type case… Anything else is just a waste of tax payers time and money and people NEED to realize sex is natural get used to it…I think the only thing she should get in trouble for is if she’s lying,that’s it!

Well, Tech. Speaking tax payers are not paying for this. She located her lawyers on her own and Justine the same they are paying them for their service. Unless her lawyers are suing for their fees if Justin is guilty. But if he is found not guilty then I would get upset cause she would get our tax payers money then she would have brought this issue on herself.

I don’t really blame him for not going straight to take a dna test. It would clear everything up faster but if I were in his shoes I wouldn’t jump at it either. If this turns out to be his kid which I highly doubt its his but she could have went about this a better way. She could have kept this private. I really find it hard to believe that Justin even if he is young randomly brings girls backstage and have sex with them without using protection. Her whole story sounds crazy to begin with, 30 seconds on a shelf in a bathroom, sorry but that just makes her sound insane. I feel sorry for Justin to have to deal with stuff like this at his age.
