It’s about time Nate questions his relationship with Diana! Will he quit the New York Spectator or cut ties with Diana? I’m hoping for the latter.

Mixing business with pleasure doesn’t appear to be working for Nate Archibald (Chace Crawford) on the Nov. 14 episode of Gossip Girl.

In this clip from tonight’s all-new episode, Nate asks Diana Payne (Elizabeth Hurley) the big question: “What are we?” This is most likely triggered by last week’s discovery that Diana had another love interest, though she later went public with her relationship with Nate on the New York Spectator (which was so weird!)

Diana says their relationship can be whatever Nate wants it to be, then tells him he can take a few days to think about it while she goes on a trip Paris. Hmm… Will this give Nate and Ivy (Kaylee DeFer) the chance to hook up again at tonight’s masquerade party?

I hope so! Anything to get Diana out of the picture.
