Tears fill Sheree’s eyes on the Dec. 13 episode of ‘RHOA’ as she fights for child support. Plus, Kim takes home her newborn KJ, while Kandi tests out new sex toys for her talk show.
Sheree had a lot on her plate after being unexpectedly served by her ex-husband, Bob Whitfield, on last week’s Dec. 11 episode. In what has already been a long battle for child support, Bob surprises Sheree by asking to pay less child support since he’s retired. But Sheree says he hasn’t even paid the original amount to begin with, so how can he ask for a modification? She begins to prepare with her lawyer, but fears the judge will take Bob’s side because he’s a celebrity.
Sheree tries to pull a Lindsay Lohan and wear a swanky Dolce and Gabanna getup to court, but fortunately her sensible lawyer stops her. After all of their preparation, Sheree has one last panic attack before going to court — but she might as well stayed at home! With Bob representing himself, and the logistics still a mess, the judge delays the case until Sept. 1. This means there’s more time for Sheree to prepare though.
Meanwhile, Kim and her baby daddy Kroy Biermann take home their newborn KJ, but the rest of the family isn’t exactly ecstatic about the newest addition. Just within the first minutes of the new baby’s arrival, Kim’s cat Chanel pees on the floor and Kim’s 14-year-old daughter, Gabrielle, doesn’t seem too excited either. Here’s to hoping they will warm up to the baby eventually, because he is pretty cute!
Kandi Burruss spends the episode working on her late night sex talkshow and picking out vibrators to sell. Interesting. Nene Leakes is embarrassed in an interview with her former flame Charles Grant, but doesn’t care much.
It will definitely be interesting to see how the Sheree’s case pans out. Something tells me the judge won’t be very supportive of her buying a new Porsche while she’s begging for child support. Oh, the Real Housewives!

I agree with you 200%. She should have told Phaedra the truth about the furniture and her not complying with the divorce decree to stay in the home for only 1 year. She and the children were evicted by the bank. Phaedra was blindsided, but Sheree knew exactly what was going on.

WOW, no doubt she bought a lot of handbags and shoes with that money! The Judge should order her to pay it back! And there she is telling her ex to get a job! I hope the Judge is gonna check boo for playing her own kids like that! What a lying thief!

Sheree didn’t lock Bob up because she couldn’t. Bob filed a contempt order because Sheree owes him $400,000 dollars from the divorce, which is why she hasn’t gotten any child support. Story is Bob advanced Sheree 400,000 dollars after the divorce to get her and children somewhere to live. She was suppose to move out of the marital home so that it could be sold and the profits split. Instead she took the money, (spent it on herself), continued to live in the house until it went into foreclosure and filed countless court proceedings to stall her moving. The judge found her in contempt. So all her ‘acting’ is just that ‘acting’ because she knows why Bob won’t pay her – she owes him!

After reading a lot of the articles about Sheree, I’ve found that the common thread was…she did not do what she was supposed to after the divorce. The property we’re seeing really belongs to her mother, a successful author, which explains her sudden presence on the show. A lot of reports are showing how manipulative and cunning she really is. The deceit and lies have caught up with her. I actually can’t wait till the reunion. I think the truth will be revealed!

Everyone is stupid who is not standing by her on the child support. Regardless he has to pay because it takes two. Sheree supports those children with her income and he should monitarily be responsible for those kids too. It doesn’t matter what she does with her money, it’s him being a responsible human being.

Just a thought – You deserve a standing ovation for your comment because its 100% accurate, hopefully the Atlanta legal system has common sense. Also I did notice the missing entertainment system and coffee table. Also thought it was strange the bedroom has no furniture either and I did catch him hug her mom I was like “WTH is she hugging him for??”

I like Sheree and all, but she kinda gettin on my nerves with not putting Bob’s butt in jail when Phaedra 1st discussed it with her & still won’t! Stop crying & wise up. Bob sticking out his tongue & playing. She need to learn how to do the same….but better! What is she so scared of??
Just like Bob read about how to prolong court cases & make up something to draw out the court case, she need to get on google and read herself! All defensive lawyers do that. There wasn’t anyrhing for Phaedra to stop. If anything, her court case can get stronger, but she need to wise up and definitely not fire Phaedra! She has invested $5000, put his butt in jail & let Phaedra work her magic if he truly has never given any child support….

She can’t put him in jail because she OWES him over 400,000 dollars that she refuses to pay back. Bob would have been in jail if he owed Sheree over 3 years of support. There is more to the story than meets the eye…trust that!

It is misleading and damaging to suggest that child support has to do with the custodial parent’s financial situation when it is about the noncustodial parents obligation to contribute financially and according to his/her means. A child has the legal right to live like the parents, both of them. Sheree didn’t say she needed bob’s $, she said their children do. She is clearly doing her part, and if she made the same or more than bob it would be irrelevant to what he is legally obligated to provide for his offspring. In other words , Sheree can buy all the porshes she wants, it doesn’t change what Bob needs to do. Please get it right on such an important topic, or don’t mention it at all.

Okay, maybe I’m missing something because I dont see where CLEARLY Sheree is doing her job as a parent. Those children have moved three times in three years, have to constantly listen to their mother rant on and on about their father, sleep on the dang floor and eat fake cheese sandwiches while she drives around town in a Porsce and carries a Birken bag!! Really? Oh and spends $300,000 for a frigging empty lot! Come on people. CLEARLY she is NOT putting her kids needs first. Have we EVER seen her daughter in camera when she didnt need her hair combed? I truly dispise moms that walk around looking like a million bucks and the kids looking like rug rats. Their father SHOULD pay his child support or go to jail. Sheree should get her priorities straight and stop blaming lack of chikd support for her personal failures as a woman and a mom. Just sayin….

I agree, Sheree should’ve taken Phaedra’s first offer and sent him to jail. I do feel bad for her, though.
Sidebar: Anyone else see that her TV and videogame set was gone? Last week Cairo was playing it, now it’s gone…what happened to it?!
Also, did anyone see Bob hug her mom as he was leaving the court AND stick out his tongue at her? Mmm, childish. What a shame.
