Ben is obsessed with Courtney, who seems to be the Vienna Girardi of this season.

Ben Flajnik was completely blown away by Courtney Robertson during their one-one-one date on the Jan. 9 episode of The Bachelor. But while Ben couldn’t stop gushing about his future with Courtney, Courtney seemed more into winning the rose than falling in love with Ben. Now, Ben continues to rave about Courtney in his new, personal People.com blog. Does he not see that this cunning woman is just like Vienna Girardi — who seemed more obsessed with fame than love?

“I was excited for my date with Courtney because I really enjoyed talking with her the first night,” Ben writes. “I was happy to learn how normal it felt to hang out with her. I think that the way you see it on TV does it justice in that we were very comfortable with each other.”

Really Ben? It seemed like Courtney was more into fixing her hair so that she would look good in front of the cameras than getting to know you sincerely.

“I was surprised that we were so lovely-dovey so early on, as it was just the start of my journey and I knew there were lots of other relationships I still needed to explore,” Ben continues. “It really helped that Scotch was a fan of Courtney’s too.” Is Ben’s dog blind too?

Then, there was Blakeley Shea, who aggressively went after Ben trying to use her sex appeal to win him over and in turn caused a huge uproar with the other women during the group date. “Let’s put it this way, group dates suck,” Ben says. “Little did I know that Blakely was the cause of the drama that night.”

Despite the red flags going up about Blakeley, Ben still liked her. “The women might have been upset at Blakely’s motivation, but I found it okay in the moment,” Ben recalls. “She was determined to talk to me, finish her conversation and get to know one another better. Most people won’t agree with me there, but I liked her persistence.”
