Angelina, the United Nations Goodwill Ambassador, is a perfect role model for social change and a tireless advocate. It’s not special access when she’s doing so much good!

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt took an incredible trip on Jan. 11, visiting Barack Obama at the White House! But it wasn’t political pandering for celeb attention, but rather a critically important opportunity for Barack to draw attention to critical human rights issues.

Angelina, 36, and Brad, 48, were invited to discuss the struggles of women in war zones, E! News reports. The issue became close to Angelina’s heart while working on her new movie The Land of Blood and Honey. And even though Barack, 50, is an inspirational figure himself, he’s savvy enough to know that the megawatt attention from two A-list stars is the best way to get support from important issues like global genocide. What a great allocation of resources!

Do YOU think Angelina is the most socially-conscious celeb ever, HollywoodLifers?

Criticizing is simple for anyone, however it cannot perform her action.
A wonderful woman.
