Ellen DeGeneres Reveals How Beyonce & Jay-Z Named Blue Ivy
Ellen has the secret to how Jay-Z and Beyonce came up with Blue’s unique name — a celebrity baby name generator!
On the Jan. 11 episode of her show, Ellen DeGeneres showed off how celebrities come up with crazy baby names like Jay-Z and Beyonce’s Blue Ivy. “We have the secret,” she jokingly bragged. And Ellen revealed what her baby names would be if she and Portia de Rossi had twins!
“As soon as your a celebrity, you’re given one of these things,” Ellen joked as she showed off her baby name generator.
So what would her twins names be? Banjo Fire Escape and Elbow Gas Lamp!
“That’s a boy’s name, obviously,” Ellen said about Elbow Gas Lamp.
