While Lindsay definitely seems to be in the lead for the coveted role in the Lifetime biopic, new reports claim LiLo may have some competition!

Playing Elizabeth Taylor in a Lifetime biopic is taking on the role of Hollywood royalty — and it turns out Lindsay Lohan isn’t the only star in talks for the position! Larry Thompson, an executive producer for the network told E! News, “I’ve been talking to Lindsay Lohan directly, and with her reps, and have been in conversations with other actresses, including Megan Fox.”

“It’s a very serious selection. It’s like casting for Hollywood royalty,” Larry said. Although Lindsay’s reps aren’t talking into a formal agreement is reached, LiLo is reportedly still in the lead for the coveted role.

While Lindsay may have a troubled past behind her, Megan doesn’t necessarily come with a clean slate, either. After all, the star was famously fired from Trasnformers back in 2010. Ironically enough, both Lindsay and Megan starred in the 2004 book-to-film adaption of Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen, where they played rivals.
