Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans is running out of luck. After being arrested twice within a period of a week and spending the night in jail, the 20-year-old reality star headed to a bail hearing at a court in Brunswick County, N.C. on Jan. 17 tethered by shackles on her feet, in a black and white striped, jail uniform.
Jenelle was arrested on Jan. 16 for violating a domestic violence protective order, Jenelle’s attorney Dustin Sullivan told us. She had allegedly texted her former roommate Hannah Inman, the girl with whom she wasn’t supposed to have any contact, and then proceeded to post a photo of her online.
Jenelle appeared in court again on Jan. 18 to battle two no-contact orders that have been placed on her by Hannah and another ex-roommate named Amber. The case was continued until Feb. 9.
According to her attorney, Jenelle currently has five pending charges against her. “The three criminal charges [communicating threats, harassing phone calls and domestic violence protection order violation] can affect probation,” Sullivan said to us.
If Jenelle is found guilty of all three criminal charges, she could be facing up to 165 days in prison.

yu need to get it together yu portray yourself as a terrible mom yu are too stuck up kieffer to even pay attention to yur own some nd yu stay going to jail. this is why kids shouldn’t have kids

What she needs to do is turn this picture of her into a poster, frame it and hang it in every from of her house. This way every time she wants to make a bad decision she can see what a fool she really looks like. Maybe her horrible time spent in jail will make her straighten up but I HIGHLY doubt it!

i believe both are true- she’s an idiot, and she hangs with db’s. she isn’t progressing in her development, unfortunately. i think jailtime might be the only thing to help her.

She doesn’t care! Life is a joke to her. If she really cared, do you think she would smile on her mug shot of all things?!
On her Facebook yesterday, she actually did take some time to read her posts, and “ban” people who were not supporting her and her actions. And “liking” HATE comments to the non-supporters!
To add, yesterday she posted a status, status as follows;

What is this?! Jail is not being taken seriously, and her followers are unbelievers of her jail time. They think its all fabricated from random gossip columns.

That is true but just think if u were a teen mom u didn’t get along with ur mom ur ex boyfriend going in and out of jail I think it is pretty much her moms fault because it looks like to me that she did not have good parenting when she was younger u never know she could be following in her mothers footprints

she needs to go to jail. she’s not taking this seriously enough, and needs a strong dose of humiliation and taste of what’s in store for her if she keeps up this thoughtless and reckless behavior.

Jenelle voluntarily handed over custody of Jace to her mom. Therefore, Jace is technically Barbara’s son until “Jenelle gets her act together”. Looks like that won’t be happening anytime soon!
