What the heck does Kate need her ‘bodyguard’ for and how can she afford him anyway? The unemployed mom-of-eight isn’t warding off screaming fans here on Extra!
Kate Gosselin is doing everything she can to get a full-time TV gig. The former reality star stopped by LA’s The Grove to be interviewed on Extra by host Mario Lopez and she definitely looked great! She showed off her tanned and toned figure in a very short silver mini. But what is her bodyguard Steve Neild protecting her from?
Kate can definitely be polarizing at times but some of Hollywood’s biggest names like Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie don’t walk around with a protection. Do you think she does it so she can seem important?
Also, we know TLC was paying for Steve’s salary. Now that Kate Plus 8 has been canceled, who’s footing the bill? Kate is working part-time at CouponCabin as a blogger but that’s not enough for these lavish perks! She was so worried that she would go broke during an interview with People, so how have things changed?

Well I am only guessing here.. but I am sure the body guard thing was needed on account of the children to begin with not so much for “her” per-say. Besides the way the photo looks does not really show what, or who she was looking at as to why she was smiling (laughing) at and it looks as if she was semi sorta looking at an angle in the downward position as if her children may have been in front of her.. its not like the people who took the photo is really going to say if they were or not, they are going to interpret the photo the way they want to..!! Besides, common 8 children is a lot to handle on your own (keep track of, busy little bee’s) and its not like she was planning on being a single mom or “asked” to be. At least she usually always has her children with her and does not rely on a nanny to do most of the work of raising…!!

Why won’t this wannabe nothing just disappear? Noone likes her and why does she need a bodyguard? She is nobody special and people do not want to bother with her, so what is the use?? Who cares?? LOL — bodydguard? Really? — no one in the pictures is paying any attention to her, and she is working mighty hard at being noticed. So did she fly to LA to do an interview for Extra? I thougth she was living on the edge. Her outfit is bizarre for a 36 year old mother of eight especially since she is constantly reminding everyone of that fact.

She will never have a waist, no matter how much she runs. Too bad she does not know how to dress to give her one. Steve is much more than a bodyguard. Everyone should see that by now. She is so scared, so broke, ‘terrified’ at not having a job, yet employs a very high salary security guy? LOL Ok. Kate thinks she is so much than what she really is. She can’t act, yet thinks it would be ‘fun’, she is pretty uninformed about fitness, no offical training etc, horrible diet for a runner, her recipes are stolen off cans or boxes. Poor thing she is very delusional. Steve is much more than a bodyguard alright.

I am sure in Kate’s mind the bodyguard makes her look like a celebrity. She is trying real hard to keep her toe in the entertainment door and hopes if she struts through the room in her too short dress, siletto heels, bleach blond hair, and layers of make-up someone might think she is more than a has-been.

It’s ridiculous that she travels with a bodyguard. She doesn’t have one with her when she shops at target or goes to the food store. Only when she travels.
