Kim co-hosts ‘Live With Kelly’ on Jan. 23 and says it’s crazy that people think she only married Kris for money!
Kim Kardashian is coming out swinging to defend her 72-day-marriage. The reality star spoke in-depth for the first time about why her marriage to Kris Humphries ended in divorce. When Kelly Ripa tells her that most people believe Kim married Kris for the cameras, Kim gets very upset!
“If you really think about it, I would hope this is fake and someone wouldn’t go through this,” Kim says. “Me being a hopeless romantic, I wanted it to work so badly and I made all that money and the wedding was fake and just for TV? I’m a smart woman! I would have stayed married longer!”
Kim says she’s actually hurt that so many people attacked her after she filed for divorce and she doesn’t find it hard to watch her marriage currently unravel on Kourtney and Kim Take New York.
“It doesn’t make sense. I didn’t think following my heart would create this much backlash,” she says. “I watch it back because it’s therapeutic. It’s crazy to see, to see [Kourtney and Scott] and what they’re talking about, about me. How different I was the past couple of months … they felt what I was feeling too.”
But does Kim think she’ll ever tie the knot again?
“I’m a hopeless romantic,” she says. “I fell in love and I thought it could work. I think I learned that I need to re-write my fairy tale. I definitely tried everything I felt I could. You hear stories of people who have kids and had this life and it ended up not working out. I want babies … I want that forever love and I just felt like, if I feel in my heart this isn’t right, then why wait years for the same result.”

I am sorry, but if you care about where you live and how you can’t do something then you need to be by yourself. Marriage should not change nothing but your last name. She talks like she never saw him or something, shoot I am a military wife been married 5 months now and I am 22. Come on Kim get out of fairy tale land. Trust me you had it easy, we have to sit here and wonder if ours is coming back home or not.
I don’t know how she felt or if everything was real, but giving up or not making those couple decisions will lead you to the single life. I think she should stay single until she knows what she wants and how to make the right decisions when it comes to two people being married and having a family.

I think they gave up too soon.
Or actually if she didn’t spend her wedding planning focused on trying to make it similar/better the Royal Wedding maybe she could focus on what it should have been about… LOVE.

The first statement Kim made after filing for divorce was that she knew she should not have married Kris but she did not want to dissapoint many people. Unlike Kim, Kris said that he still loved his wife very much and would do anything to make it work after Kim filed for divorce. Comparing those two statements, you can see that Kris truly loved Kim and Kim did it for her reality show. Sorry to disappoint Lisa, but Kim is a famewh0re. Oh, and a moron. Marriage is NOT a “fairytale.” It’s waking up next to a spouse who has morning breath and is not always going to say, “yes, I agree” to everything you say. It’s more than 72 days! It’s not going to Mommy over everything — it’s talking things out with the one to whom you said you’d be with… It’s GROWING UP, which is something that I’m afaid Kim K has not done. I watched parts of the show today, and to tell you the truth, she has the personality of a wet dishrag.

Okay, boycott means cutting off the financial means from deceptive greedy marketing machines.
If you don’t financially support their sponsors, all benefits cease and they the institution is no longer. Look it up.

It IS possible Kris showed her a differnt side to him.. remember they only knew each other 6 months. Ive had teh same thing happen. Although I didnt get married.. but u see the good the first few months. Guys give up and the REAL guy comes out. Why waste time if deep down u know it wont last yrs?
