The 19-year-old former Disney starlet was spotted in the Luis Muñoz Marín Airport in Puerto Rico Jan. 23 “bobbing her head and singing along” to the fun song, reports Celebuzz.
Selena is currently on her world tour with her boyfriend, Justin Bieber. From the sound of it, they are having an amazing time!

So, selena can wear see-through blouse with coloured bra and super short shorts but no one will comment about them. If miley is spotted wearing thoseeeee.. Everyone will be dissing her. How unfair things are in Hollywood. :(
