There may not be anything illegal about Miley Cyrus‘ latest photo scandal, but it’s sure to stun many of her younger fans — while making her older fans blush! TMZ has obtained photos of Miley chowing down suggestively on an erotic cake at Liam Hemsworth‘s 22nd birthday party, which was held Jan. 22 at Club Icon in Los Angeles.
Though not proven in any photos, TMZ also claims there was quite a bit of drinking going on at the celebration.

I agree with ppl who say that this is really a bad move for someone who is a role model but there are a few factors why I disagree 1.Miley just wants to live her life: Miley has been living in the spotlight for awhile and she finally looks to be having fun with her personal life 2. Miley knows she’s not perfect: She has publicly declared that she doesn’t think its fair that she has to live life by others rules 3. This was supposed to be a personal party. My advice? Miley needs to stay away from cameras. And needs to filter her circle of friends. One question though… Why does LIAM have a penis cake for his birthday? A boob cake maybe but that’s just wierd

I also like Miley a lot, about her behavior, you just have to realize that she is an adult who was trying to have fun and the party was supposed to be private. the problem is her so called friends who gave away the picture.

Since when is simulating cutting off a man’s balls with a machetee “having fun”. If a man took a picture of himself cutting off a part of a woman and posted it on a kid’s site, he’d be brought into the police and have a “sex convict” label for the rest of his life. You are all trivializing sexual abuse, and then itch about bullying or worse. Muslims practice cutting off women’s sexual organs as rite of infidelity. This is feigning emasculating a man, which is really what she wants to do in the first place, cause she hates men. This is at most bedroom stuff, they should do in private, not in a public forum, even if they rented out the place. By the way, I’m sure Miley’s little brother and sister are really going around the neighborhood and school with pride as everyone is sharing texts or jpegs showing her doing this stuff while they are eating their lunch. No one gets hurt, huh? How about the charities who she helps out, who will have trouble raising funds as a result of this behavior.

that’s actually hilarious. I know soo many people who make stuff like that for parties (I’m 18) and its always a hit.
I love how we’re making a fuss over a natural human body part… that’s a great way to raise kids. “your body parts aren’t appropriate, be ashamed!” give me a break.
not the biggest fan of Miley, or any of the Disney girls for that matter, but at least she seems like a “normal” teenage girl/young adult that just has fun without hard drugs and sleeping around or having the pressure to be perfect. thank god her life after Disney is still salvageable.

Our society romanticizes idealism too much. We don’t live in a Utopian world. The idea of public figures as role models is stupid and impractical. It’s unfair and unreasonable to just go around slapping the burden of “role model” on people. Miley is living her life and for for her for not allowing people to judge her for that. It’s not her job to raise other people’s children. She is an actress. She’s just messing with her boyfriend. That’s it. Nothing more to it.

I think Miley is a pretty awesome person. She seems comfortable in her own skin. She definitely doesn’t care what most people who have never even met her think about her. There’s a real sense of self-confidence there and I dig that. Yeah, she’s a little goofy. And she has a perverse sense of humor. But Certain other celebrities who are worshipped on this site are wound way too tight, walk around like they have a stick up their you-know-what, and don’t appear to be any fun at all. The proverbial wet blanket. Who cares about the whole role model issue? Miley is an adult. Adults don’t need role model. Adults need their entertainers to entertain and that’s it.
