A not-so-shocking new report reveals Kris plans to take Kim to court to prove the marriage was a fraud and that he was used!
Is Keeping Up With The Kardashians about to become a courtroom drama? Reality Weekly is reporting that Kris Humphries “wants the world to know how badly he was duped into this sham of a marriage,” and he’s hoping a public trial with Kim Kardashian will do just that.
Kim and Kris’ prenup states he isn’t allowed to publicly discuss many details of their marriage, including how much money the couple made off their wedding. “But if a judge grants the divorce on the grounds of fraud,” a source explains, “the prenup is void.”
The source insists that Kris really did love Kim, and now he “wants the world to know how badly he was duped into this sham of a marriage.” According to the Reality Weekly report Kris now believes he was slotted into the role of groom, for a big fat Kardashian payday. The wedding raked in $19 million according to some reports: $ 15 million for the tv specials, $3.5 million for selling photos and $450,000 in product placements.
“Kris feels he was set up by the Kardashians. He wants to be able to tell his side, ” says the insider. ” When he married Kim, he thought it was forever, but he realized Kim wasn’t in love with him and now believes he was merely a prop,” the source tells the magazine.
Khris hopes by proving the marriage was a fraud in court, that he’ll be free to speak out because his pre-nup which includes a confidentiality agreement, can be torn up.
“Kris knew he was going to look like the bad guy on Kourtney and Kim Take New York, but it’s so blatant and over-the-top, it’s just cruel ,”says the source.

Personnaly, i am 100% sure the marriage was fake…
Kim, is a slut, by watching the show, i could only see the words she keeps repeating “Do You like my new dress?Am i pretty? How do i look?” She only thinks about herself, and dthe people who protect Kim are wrong, beceause they believe in the show and not in the fact that Kim only thinks about money, she knows theres a camera guys,so she acts as if she is the heroine and that her ex-husband, kris will look like a bad guy, Kris deserves some credit, he does that for revendge, and he doesnt want to be treated like a puppet. As for kim, she only wants fame, and such, she even set up the marriage thing just to look awesome and show the public her dress… Indeed the marriage was fast And it is indeed suspicious, you will guess something if you think clearly…

This marriage was a SCAM from the start, Kim was the one who wanted to get married so quickly so she still looks good in her wedding pictures! The Karadashian Klan are media whores and once again KIM’s divorce is just another way for her to be on the front of all the trashy gossip mags….umm sorry what are they famous for again?? Kris should be thankful he’s getting out of that “NEW” money, hungry family. I think the entire family are media ‘tarts.’ and will do anything to keep the spotlight on themselves. These sophmoric women need to find a more productive way of promoting themselves. Sex sells and people are beginning to ask for their change back. Ring leader mom is the perfect example of a ‘user.’ She once considered changing her last name from Jenner to CARCRASHAGAIN. Bruce Jenner is being used as well.

I so agree with you on that one. Kim K. is a ho and she deserves no sympathy for what she has done to this guy.this whole family, (including Scott) were in on it and, they should be a shamed of themselves! this was all done, for the sake of their show. IT’S REAL OBVIOUS, THAT THEY ARE EDITING THE SCENES OF THIS SHOW, TO THEIR ADVANTAGE. somebody needs to bring this family down and, I hope Kris H will do just that.

Kim should have realized all that comes along with marriage. Usually when people get married they live together and share everything…that’s what marriage is. People say the whole family has no talent, but when the time comes to blame them for acting up a whole scheme of a marriage they jump right on it. Yes, you can automatically cry on command. No matter what your acting experience is. My cousin was in commercials when she was younger, and they taught her the “cry” moment. If you don’t blink for a period of time, your eyes start to burn and you’ll start tearing, throw in some over exaggerated facial movements and hence making it seem like you’re crying. Try it, and tell me you won’t get a tear. Puh-lease, she’s faker then a three dollar bill.

Buy a house together. Everyone knows that moving into someone’s house is a disaster for a marriage. You need a fresh start together. It seems her neatness got the best of her. Sounds like the entire family are neat freaks. I can relate. I am a neat freak but then don’t marry someone who isn’t or hire the Amandas to get you organized. Scott made a good point. You know you are married now!! Sounds like she needs to work out personal issues before any marriage of hers succeeds. Kris is a good man and he should fight for his marital woes to get erased.
