The Twitterverse was abuzz Feb. 3 when Robert Pattinson was spotted with writer/director Sofia Coppola at Hollywood’s iconic Musso and Frank Grill – and now HollywoodLife.com has exclusive details about their dinner together. “It was just the two of them, and they seemed to be talking business,” an eyewitness tells us. “They sat in a corner booth and were there for two hours.”
And what did the pair eat while talking business?
“Rob had the spaghetti and meatballs, and Sofia had the risotti with porcini mushrooms,” our source continues. “Rob was really cool and left a huge tip for his server.”
And it sounds like a new project could be in the works!
“Sofia has been here before; she’s kind of like a regular,” our source explains. “I had never seen Rob here before. A lot of celebrities come here to discuss business projects. Sofia once came here with Scarlett Johansson when they were working on a film together.”
We’d love to see Rob in one of Sofia’s movies! We could totally picture him starring in something funky like Marie Antoinette or more emotional like Somewhere.

Another Rob and Kristen connection. Sofia Coppola is the daughter of Francis Ford Coppola who is the executive producer of Kristen’s movie On The Road…..
