No fuss or muss…Katy Perry and Russell Brand are about to be officially over

Wow, that was fast! So often we’re used to drawn out legal battles and major problems in divorce (see: Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries), but Katy Perry and Russell Brand have come to terms with their relationship coming to a close.

“[They've reached] a comprehensive written settlement of all issues,” People reports, based off a filing in the Los Angeles Superior Court Feb. 7.

Thanks to the short period of time they were together, in addition to the fact they have no kids, their settlement includes a division of their property and “she asks that the court not be involved in awarding spousal support to Brand.”
