Kelly Osbourne wore a strand of curly hair at the front of her SAG awards hairstyle and Kendall Jenner wore a similar look to the premiere of The Vow. There’s definitely an argument that the look is romantic and girly, but it’s just so hard to get around the mental image of a terrible prom hairstyle! What are your thoughts on the look?
