A source tells HollywoodLife.com that Katy’s Grammy performance will be ‘unbelievable’ and she’s even going to have a surprise artist or two take the stage with her — can you guess whom?
Katy Perry is going to make sure her first award show performance since her split from Russell Brand is totally “over-the-top.” A source tells HollywoodLife.com that Katy’s Grammy performance on Feb. 12 is going to be “totally epic.”
“Katy has a huge surprise in store and everyone is going to be talking about it. It’s going to be totally epic,” a source says. “She can’t wait for Sunday and everyone is so excited for her to show that the split hasn’t taken away her spirit and it’s only made her stronger.”
Katy took to her Twitter on Feb. 9 to tweet about Grammy rehearsals: “Just finished rehearsals for Grammy’s… I’m. so. excited. #somethingscooking.”
Our source added that Katy is having someone take the stage with her: “You never know, maybe someone will perform with her.”
Adding: “Katy is really excited to spend time with Rihanna this weekend, it’s been a while since they’ve had a lot of girl time.”

I’m getting some good vibes from Katy about this Grammy awards show on Sunday. I already have my DVR programmed to record the whole thing. I’m sure Katy will put on an outstanding performance like she always does.
Katy is just an awesomely cool girl isn’t she? I bet she’ll have all sorts of guys chasing after her once she’s out there mingling and dating again.
