Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian’s divorce settlement isn’t about big bucks…Kris wants Kim to come clean about what really happened between them!
Kim Kardashian is ready to pay off Kris Humphries to go away, but he’s not interested in any of her millions of dollars, reports RadarOnline.com. He has another agenda completely.
“There have been informal settlement talks going on between Kim and Kris’ respective lawyers,” a source said. “Team Humphries has made it crystal clear though that Kris isn’t seeking any money from Kim. Kris doesn’t want one penny from her.”
If he doesn’t want a cent, what’s the 27-year-old NBA pro trying to get from his reality star ex?
“His lawyers have said the only terms acceptable for a settlement would be if Kim agrees to Kris’ contention that the marriage was a fraud,” the insider explained. “There is a stand-off at this point because Kim will never agree to that, she says the marriage wasn’t a fraud. It just didn’t work out.”
If Kris and Kim can’t handle this settlement themselves, they’ll have to go to trial, which will will end up on TV — and that’s the last thing Kim wants at this point.

I don’t understand why she went with him at the first place if she didn’t like his dogs, his apartment, did not want to leave LA (he is a basketball player of course he will be moving around), didn’t even want his last name. I could see the way she was looking at him that she doesn’t love him. She just wanted the wedding like the royal one in UK. The only mistake she did was to finish this show so early, however she had to cause they said after marriage her value went down. I ve never seen anyone loving money so much. Unbelievable.

Way to go Kris. I’m glad to see he is holding to his convictions. Kris has the ability to make a really good living and seems to understand what is really important in life and doesn’t need her money. I’m glad she finally met someone she can’t buy off. Good luck to Kris.

I don’t think there marriage was fake,but I do agree that they were both not completely in love. I don’t believe that either of them thought they were “the one” for eachother. They both rushed into a “High school” romance.

It was not fake. She wouldn’t have spent all of that money if it was. Why don’t he just admit that he was(and always has been)a screw up from the beginning? So, I guess the two of you would want a man to talk to you the way he did to her? If you do, you along with Kris are the ones with the problem.

I believe Kris Humphries when he says that marriage was real to him. However, to the public it was fake. Doesn’t matter what Kim thinks because she will always say it wasn’t.

Which money did Kim spend? She got everything free, the wedding dresses, diamond ring close to 2$ million, presents worth 200,000$ which she never shared with her husband, she made money out of her wedding pictures, she made a big profit within 72 days. Immediately the check went through to her account she filed for divorce. Kim is a fraud plus all the Kardashina family Mom pimp is the master plan engineer.

Kim will never admit that their marriage was fake, because she would lose more admitting then giving him a bunch of money. But then again, Kim has nothing to lose, everyone hates and don’t believe anything she or her family says. So say it’s a fraud Kim, buy yourself a private island and no one will bother you ever again. But we and you know that’s not what you want, you’re too hungry for attention.

I would have more respect for Kim if she just came out and admitted she married Kris only because E gave her a damn near over the top free wedding, Kim didn’t pay a cent for this wedding, E did and other vendors got discounts. Vera Wang gave Kim her dress for free and her pimp mom got a free face lift, if she got married while she was 30 years old, but you’re right Melanie she will never admit it.
