Jonathan Cheban tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that Kris has no chance in hell of proving that his marriage and wedding to Kim was fake — here’s why!
If Kim Kardashian‘s divorce turns into a courtroom TV drama, it won’t be because of her! HollywoodLife.com spoke with Kim’s fellow Kourtney & Kim Take New York star, Jonathan Cheban on Feb. 9 at the Diet Pepsi Style Studio Fashion Show and he revealed what he thought of Kris’ Access Hollywood interview and why he thinks it’s shocking Kris wants to battle with Kim in the public eye!
“I mean for a guy that doesn’t like [media attention] … it’s really weird that he’s pushing for that to happen,” Jonathan tells us. “Kim is not doing the fighting, it’s up to the lawyers now. I just think that if he wants to keep pursuing it, he obviously has a big issue.”
But can Kris prove the wedding was fake by having Kim’s sisters subpoenaed to testify and show allegedly mis-edited Kourtney & Kim Take New York footage?
“The wedding was not fake, he’ll never be able to prove that the marriage and wedding was fake. It’s impossible,” Jonathan explains.”The wedding was real. I was there from the beginning where Kim was like ‘He’s cute, that guy, I want to meet him!’ You know what I mean? It could never work in court.”
Jonathan went on to say that he’s in the midst of planning another reality show and he’d love to have a spinoff with Kim!
“I’m working on something right now that I’m developing that will be bigger than the show we already have [The Spin Crowd],” he tells us. “Having a spinoff with Kim would be amazing. She and I vibe really great and we’re obviously really close friends. We’d do it the right way.”

There’s 2 sides to a story n the truth. I guess the judge will determine what the truth really is. The problem here is dat kris doesnt want 2 be a divorcee all coz of this 72 day marriage. Id question the legitimacy of the marriage if i were him 2. I mean no1 leaves some1 dey love after only 72days of being married if dey truly were in love. Der was no real reason 2 leave unless der was no love 2 begin. I understand dat kim got caught up in the whole media machine n dat y she ended up marryin a man she didnt love. I find it hard to believe that a woman who has every aspect of her life on TV, now just wants privacy. What has she got to hide? Show your fans how your love was soooo real, and this marriage wasn’t just for TV. Oh and Jonathan you are working on something bigger than the spin crowd, what the heck is the spin crowd? Kris can prove that the wedding was fake if anyone saw the first statement Kim made after filing for divorce that she knew she should have stopped the marriage but she did not stop it because she did not want to disappoint many people. She did not make her feelings known to her husband, I think she admitted to it by herself that is what makes her a fraud. She was not getting married because of other people, but this marriage was between the 2 of them. Kim thought other people were more important in her life than her husband, can she explain why BECAUSE she did it for a REALITY TV. Why did her husband OR her step dad who walked her down the alter have to find out a bout the divorce through twitter just like anybody else? Can Kim tell us anything a bout this? Kim thinks she has 12,000 followers in twitter and she would do anything to please them rather than thinking of her own life. She loves publicity, cameras and the best thing she could have done was to get married to A NOKIA CAMERA instead. She lost respect immediately she twitted a bout her divorce instead of discussing it with Kris. She started shooting a bout her marriage with Kris as early as 1st week of her marriage it says it all it was all for TV. The wedding might not have been “fake,” whatever people mean by that, but fraud may have been an issue. If Kris can show that Kim was planning the entire season of KKTNY around the demise of her brand new marriage, and she was unhappy from the moment she got to NY — one week after her wedding — and if they can find evidence that she wanted to back out and didn’t — then he could argue that the pre-nup he signed in good faith should not be binding. If the pre-nup gagging him from talking were not in play, he would not be fighting for this annulment to allow him to speak out. She got him to sign a legally binding document, but if she planned to get divorced at some point, he was defrauded into signing a document against his best interest. I don’t hate either of them, but I’m curious to see how the courts rule on this matter.

What a bout the diamond ring, profit from the photographs, money from E, 3 free wedding dresses, free fairy tail wedding, The car, presents worth 200,000$ that she never shared with Kris but instead exchanged to get rolex watches for her family. Kim is a fraud. So Kim has a right to edit the show it is just important to listen to both sides, why is it only on one side, fake scenes of Kris and Kim in Dubai. I think it is fair that people hear what Kris has to say too. This marriage had two people not only one.

Anyone could watch that silly show from the wedding to the end ( only 72 days) and it is very clear, it was a scam for ratings and money. I don’t watch their shows, but, all the contrversy made me curious and I caught a few reruns. To me, it is painfully obvious that Kim is a spoiled brat who did not take wedding vows serious at all! It is ALL about her. Poor Kris was just that season’s storyline! Sadly, I think there is no recovery of her fame as it was before this ugly mess and Jonathan (her pr guy that was featured in this story) is crazy to think he can have a successful spin-off with Kim. People are just sick of her and her family! It is over and they need to move on to other $$ ventures OFF of tv!!

Obviously the wedding was pushed by E! and they were approached by numerous magazines and media outlets throwing money at them for pictures and videos. but in the end HE got on one knee and proposed to her HE knew what he was marrying into and HE chose to document his life on reality tv. Being in his shoes i would do everything i can to try to break her and knock her down for basically Effing up his life…but he wont be able to prove anything was fake in court. They were together for 9 months and just rushed and got married too fast for ALL THE WRONG REASONS. In my opinion he got the better end of it. She is one of the most hated people in the US now, and he is now a household name…He was a nobody before, Real NBA fans barely knew who he was. He is know getting endoresment deals, club apprearance fees and other deals. I dont feel too sorry for him at all…
