Ali & Aleeah took to the stage for the first time on Feb. 11, and HollywoodLife.com was there to bring you all of the EXCLUSIVE details of their big day.
Teen Mom 2 stars Leah Messer and her ex-husband Corey Simms entered their 2-year-old twin daughters Aliannah and Aleeah into a Feb. 11 baby beauty pageant in Charleston, W.V., and HollywoodLife.com was on the scene for the big debut!
Leah and Aliannah were the second contestants to the stage. Leah had her adorable daughter blow kisses to the crowd when they first entered. By the time they got to the center of the stage, she put Aliannah down in front of her, where she waved her arms around and smiled. Aliannah had on a cute dress — the top part was all white and the bottom had a pink puffy tutu. The announcer talked about Aliannah and how she likes to play with her sister and wear her mother’s shoes. The audience then cheered as the duo left the stage.
Next up was Corey and Aleeah, but Aleeah was having a fit. He held her hand and they walked to the stage together. Leah’s mom was in the audience coaxing her granddaughter to wave, so Aleeah waved at her. She stayed with her dad the whole time. They had stickers with their numbers on it and she ripped it apart and the audience broke out in laughter. At that point, Aleeah went to the front of the stage, but Corey held her back so she wouldn’t fall off. The announcer said Aleeah likes to play with her sister as well and enjoys Elmo and Barney. She was wearing a similar dress to her sister, but it was all pink.
After they were both done on stage, Corey and Leah took the kids to see their grandparents.
Meanwhile, MTV cameras captured the whole thing — we’re not surprised, as it was adorable!

It is very hard to deal with the fact that your child has a life long disability. No matter if its cancer or Autism! Its a process, being thankful comes later!

I really don’t see the difference in “foreheads”,if you look at the photos, Aleeah has the exact same forehead as Ali…however, I definitely think Ali has a genetic disability, that’s too bad but I think she’ll be healthy & active. What I KNOW is, Leah needs to quit making EVERYTHING such as an MRI, a BIG ORDEAL and instead,thank the good Lord its not something life threatening (such as Cancer).She needs to go take a walk through St. Judes Children’s Hospital, that is devastating!!! Stop feeling sorry for yourself and count your blessings!!

Don’t be so hard on her. She is blessed that it’s not worse n I believe she knows that. But its still hard. Its hard for a mother even when ur child has a small cold.

Are you kidding me????? I am the mom to a developmentally delayed child and yes I am thankful it’s not something worse but that doesn’t make it any easier!! It is still hard. Why must you compare her life to someone else’s?! Everyone goes through struggles in life and what’s hard for someone may be easier for someone else and that’s fine. We all deal with things differently. Anytime someone tells you there is something ‘wrong’ with your child it is hard to deal with..big or small. I can’t tell you how difficult it has been hearing bad news about our daughter. She is progressing and doing wonderful but it is still a struggle and we pray everyday she will keep progressing and be fine in the end. Don’t you dare downplay someone’s struggles because you have NEVER been in their exact shoes. No one wants their child to struggle and go through hardships and a real parent would take these things hard.

How dare you come here and talk about a little baby?!! I can not believe anyone would say such cruel things! Leah was awesome to put both those girls in the pageant and not make either of them seem better than the other! Had she put one and not the other people wouldve been on here saying she favored one because she doesn’t have medical issues!! Props to you Leah!! And for the person saying crap about putting the girls in a pageant you are retarded!!! Moms put their daughters in pageants!! I put mine in and we live them!! And my daughter loves then and she does not wear fake anything or makeup!! So just because you saw a show on tv where girls do that doesn’t mean that us mothers who do pageants are that crazy or pushing our daughters into stuff!! Leah I’m sorry for your miscarriage and your issues you are dealing with!! I hope you can overcOme all the obstacles in your life!! You seem like a great person!! Just remember to step back and evaluate your life and what you want!! Sometimes being alone and getting your life on track for you is the best option!! Then you will realize what you want in life! I have been there and was glad to work for a year and not date and then I realized that I didn’t need a man to help me I wanted a man for the emotional things in my life!! Good luck!!

Sorry,I think putting children in something that judges them mainly on looks is pathetic!Leah is not the brightest marker in the box so apparently she has NO clue what she’s exposing them children to. Let’s face it,neither child is very cute (on the outside anyway), NOT just Aliannah (weird spelling & annunciation).And I beg to differ with the person who made the comment “All babies are adorable/cute”,simply NOT true. Let’s be honest people! I think BOTH Parents should be focusing on Ali’s health issues,both childrens’ emotional state now & in the future(since they BOTH bring their “Flavor of the week” girlfriends/boyfriends/Fiance’s/etc etc etc around them),and get their finances in order,them MTV paycheck’s won’t last very long buying new 4X4 trucks,trailers,blonde wigs & extensions,and partying up! Wake up Leah & Corey,you are not high rolling Celebrities,enjoy the little bit of money & 15 minutes of fame now til the next Teen Mom 3 comes out and you’re a has-been..And we all can only hope & pray that they put a large chunk of that money in savings accounts or trust funds for them Babies,who obviously will need it…..Oh and a note to Leah- Your housekeeping is a disgrace,having them Babies on filthy carpet and garbage EVERYWHERE is disgusting! Leah’s baby Ali is a retarded looking freak. What is up with her fat roll covered legs and arms. She looks like a retard with those stubs for arms. And what is up with the v on her forehead?? And now she has googly crossed eyes too?? That is so rude of you to say, ali is a beautiful little angel. She is just as cute as her sister. Not one of them is cuter then the other. Corey and leah had two gorgeous babies and aliannah is so adorable. Yes she is not able to grasp things yet or walk, that doesn’t mean anything. So what, she is just learning how. She is not a fat ugly freak. Aliannah hope simms in one of the cutest babies, and we don’t need you and others like you going around and saying things like that, she was born the way she was it isn’t her fault or anyones fault. There are rumors that the reason leah miscarried was that ali got lose from her cage in the basement and was very hungry and ate the unborn baby thinking it was a steak.Back to the barn you go ali..very bad..

you are an extremely cruel and heartless person if you can speak about a child that way, she has medical problems and all children deserve to be loved the exact same as a child that was born in perfect health. I cant believe someone would be able to live with themselves talking about a harmless baby in that way. I pray if you ever have children they don’t grow up with your traits and I pray that they wouldn’t have problems because we would probably end up seeing you on the news for something horrific because it sounds like you have mental issues.

In case you didn’t know, almost all babies have fat legs and arms. It’s part of being a baby. Children lose the baby fat when they start to walk. Because Ali has some medical conditions and is delayed walking, she hasn’t yet lost all her baby fat. She will. Her eye can also be fixed. Some problems in life can not be fixed – like your problem. Being an ugly, despicable person on the inside. Chances are, you are just as ugly on the outside. Anyone that picks on a baby on the internet, calling that precious child names is a POS. Did your parents never love you?
I do agree with you on one thing, though. Leah doesn’t seem to pay as much attention to Ali. That is her problem, though. Not Ali’s. Ali is a precious child. Out of all the TM children, Ali is the most precious, and she is most people’s favorite child out of all of them.
