Whitney Houston raised a little boy who wasn’t her own and is now 22 years old

Few people know about Whitney Houston‘s “secret son,” a 22-year-old boy named Nicholas Gordon, who she raised as her own child when he was a little boy. In fact, Nick is so close to Whitney and her family, her daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, considers him to be her brother, reports RadarOnline.

Following the news of Whitney’s sudden death Feb. 11, Nick took to Twitter to express his grief over losing his pseudo mom.

“Rest in peace,” he wrote. Along with, “She has always had the most loyal fans and will continue too. Thank you” and ”The Legand will always and forever live on.”

On Feb. 13, he wrote simply, “Thank you all for your support.”

At this time, we’re unsure if Nick is with Bobbi Kristina, who is currently “fighting for her life.” Our hearts and well wishes go out to Whitney’s family during this tragic time.

Goshhh some people needs to go in front of a mirror and take a look of themselfs…Whitney made some bad choices..well like i did and all of you did. Yes she has the money..the fame and power..But most of it all she was doing for her fans..So please some of ya call her junkie?…Well ya worst then she ll never be. Hating on someone who died?? How can that make you feel better???? Atleast today she will feel the love of the ones who trully loved her…Not like some nasty mouths…Just get a life SG jjjmks,,,Just go outthere and get a life..

wow….May God bless you three narrow minded hateful people. Many of us have family members who have fallen victim of substance abuse and they are non the less loved, and missed when the drugs win the battle. I hope you never have to find out how painful it is. Whitney was an amazing artist who Im guessing accidently lost her battle to drug abuse. Bless her Mom and her daughter, they seemed so close. I hope young people will start paying attention…..Micheal Jackson, Amy Winehouse, now Whitney….all wonderful talented people that gave so much to others and so little to themselves. Quit being so judgmental and try reaching out to someone that is addicted. Nobody wants to be addicted FOOLS, its a disease.

TO BECKY THAT WAS A HEAVY MESSAGE TO LAID ON THE FOLKS &
ALL REAL BECAUSE PEOPLE HAVE TO WAKE UP AND SMELL THE
COFFEE & GET THEIR HEADS OUT OF THE GROUND; BECAUSE THEY
GOTTA & MUST REALIZE DRUGS IS HERE TO STAY UNLESS SOMEONE
HAS A REAL & FAST SOLUTION TO STOP IT DEAD IN IT’S TRACK.
WHICH I STRONGLY DOUBT, BECAUSE THERE ARE TO MANY WEALTHY
& PEOPLE IN POWER PROFITING ON IT. THAT’S WHY DRUGS WILL
ALWAYS BE IN OUR FACES. ALL WE CAN DO IS TO BE THERE FOR
OUR FAMILY MEMBERS & FRIENDS WHEN THEY FALL VICTIM TO THIS
DEADLY DISEASE, VIRUS & SICKNESS WHICH IS ALSO REAL MADNESS.
REMEMBER IF YOU’RE NOT WITH THEM YOU’RE AGAINST THEM; PEACE.

Honestly, Whitney Houston was a horrible, drug addicted mother, and totally chose the wrong path. How can you celebrate a junkie?

First off, dont hate on someone because your not them. Secondly, we all know what she WAS! This is the present. She changed her life around because she knew it was bad for her and her family. So you need to stop living in the past. And stop being a hater and go get a life

The same way Judy Garland, Elvis Pressley, Janis Joplin, and Marilyn Monroe are celebrated even though they were all “junkies”.

That is really well said. A junkie is a junkie. It doesn’t matter if the drug is a street drug or a prescription drug. Let’s call it what it is!

I am about to get real ignorant with you! Enough is Enough trick!! If your mammy is still alive, you need to be thankful. Losing a mother no matter what the cause maybe, it is still a tragedy… As much head as your mom give HEAD, you need to pray for ol Jawbone!

It is a shame that all you think about is whitney being a junkie. Maybe it is people like you that made her that way. She gave all proceeds of a concert to the firemen for 911 and another concert proceeds to some other group. She did a lot of good. Hope they bring up a lot of it at her funeral. I feel sorry for you sg.

It was reported a few years ago he was arrested for having a gun trying to break up a fight at Whitneys home. Young Bobbi was arrested for underage drinking at the same time. Looks like she didn’t pay much attention to him also. How sad that these children were raised in this household. She never adopted him, just supported him. I hope she remembered him in her will if he meant so much to her.
