Plus, Justin tweets: ‘This album is not what you are expecting.’
If there are two things Justin Bieber is great at, above all else, it’s how to surprise people and how to make his Beliebers happy. And it sounds like Justin, 17, is doing both with his new album Believe — at least, according to his in-studio tweets. “In the studio making some tracks about to figure out these melodies and lyrics,” he tweeted early Feb. 16. “You guys got any ideas. put it with #BelieveIdeas.”
We can’t think of another time when a huge artist has literally gone to their fans, asking for ideas. He really wants Believe to speak directly to his legion of Beliebers! And remember what we said about Justin surprising people?
“This album is not what you are expecting,” he tweeted two hours later.
Now we don’t know what to think — except, of course, that Believe is probably going to be even more epic than we’ve imagined. And with Justin working alongside the likes of Drake and Kanye West, how could it not be?

i got 2 ideas for Believe Album …
1. combine both “NeverSayNever” & “Believe” – meaning “NEVER GIVE UP & HAVE STRONG FAITH !!!
2. Justin learnt French in his Canadian school, he’s fluent & could sing in FRENCH easily – why not sing a french love song! French sounds real sexy & Justin sounds real sexy – i think fans will just melt away! So how about it Scooter – just one track in French on the BELIEVE album!

i think j biebs should talk about a love thats not allowed like romeo and juliet. A lot of people like songs like that. Like stuck in the moment.
