In light of Chris Brown and Rihanna’s sexy reunion—at least, musically, for now—what would happen if they got back together, and he fell back into his punch-happy ways?
Chris Brown, 22, doesn’t need to physically assault Rihanna, 23, for her to slap him silly — with a restraining order, says Beverly Hills attorney Mark McBride.
“Given Chris Brown’s history…even without his history, [Rihanna] could obtain a restraining order by showing that he, for example, constantly causes her to be in fear, has made threatening statements to her, calls her constantly such that it has become annoying, etc.,” states McBride.
He adds: “She has all the power in the situation, Chris will have to be on his best behavior at all times around her.”

Chris is amazing. Hes changed. I believe in him. Rihanna shouldn worry. Chris has come along way & he wouldnt gie it all up just because he looses hos temper. Everyone just has to move on. It happened 3 years ago. Its done & its time to live in 2012 & not 2009 anymore.
