Gil and Kelly Bates welcomed their 19th child, Jeb Colton Bates into the world Feb. 1, tying with TLC's well-known family the Duggars in number of kids! Will there be a new 19 Kids and Counting show? "We are very grateful for prayers from friends and family over the past few weeks in anticipation of his arrival!" Kelly posted to the family's blog. The Bates don't have any twins and none of the children were born by C-section. They've openly said they want more children and are happy with how many they are blessed with. Congrats to the Bates! 'Bachelor' host Chris Harriston tells HollywoodLife.com that Courtney is probably regretting the way she acted on the show -- and thinks she should apologize to Ben as soon as possible.

Courtney Robertson continues to feed Bachelor Ben Flajnik lines of love to manipulate him into thinking she's the real deal. But as soon as Courtney is away from Ben, she makes it seem like she's more concerened about winning than falling in love -- and let's not even talk about her constant bashing of the other women on the show. Now, host Chris Harrison tells HollywoodLife.com Courtney really needs to apologize to Ben for her bad behavior on The Bachelor. "I think that she will admit, hopefully admit, that she went a little too far and some of the things she said were a little inappropriate and they were rude," Chris told us during a conference call on Feb. 9. Katy Perry, 27, and Russell Brand, 36, are officially divorced -- and by signing her name with a smiley face, it seems like Katy is pretty happy about that. The couple of 14 months did not sign a pre-nup, but agreed to split their assets in the divorce settlement. Russell waived his right to the $44 million fortune his future ex-wife made from May 2011 -May 2012 and he will not receive spousal support either, according to The Daily Mail. Their public split is finally ending amicably - and chart-topper Katy will be keeping her money with a smile!
