Rearrange your refrigerator so that it helps you develop better eating habits. For instance, anything tucked away in drawers (even the so-called 'crisper') tends to be forgotten. So put your veggies and fruit front and center, and keep condiments in the drawers.
Your human imagines life at home to be one big party, and you imagine their job to be much the same. You'd each gladly trade, and not for the self-sacrifice, either. Sigh.
