Bio:
Reid Ewing (born November 7, 1988 in Florida) is an American actor and musician. Reid’s interest in acting started young, as he began appearing in theater productions in the South Florida area. Reid studied at the Dreyfoos School of the Arts in West Palm Beach, as well as the School for Film and Television in New York before he moved to Los Angeles to pursue his career. He first appeared in the TV movie Sunday! Sunday! Sunday! in 2008, and on the short-lived Zeke and Luther television series. However, his big break came in 2009 when he was cast as the recurring character Dylan on massive hit sit-com, Modern Family. Reid has appeared in the 2011 remake of Fright Night, South Dakota and 10 Rules for Sleeping Around. As a musician, Reid released the song, “Traffic Jam” in 2011. The song featured Allison Jayne. He wrote the song, “In The Moonlight (Do Me),” which he, as Dylan, performed on Modern Family.

Personal Life:
Reid can play the piano, guitar and banjo. Reid revealed he has suffered from body dysmorphic disorder, which has resulted in multiple cosmetic surgeries. He documented his problems with this mental disorder in a Huffington Post article. When his article was discussed on Good Morning America, Reid seemingly outed that he was gay when he said Eugene Bata was “hot af.” Shortly afterward, he confirmed his orientation on Twitter, saying that he was never in the closet in the first place.
