Tim Gunn is known for his style expertise and he isn’t afraid to voice his opinion — although it looks like his honesty has stuck a chord with Lady Gaga. The singing star went on The View on Aug. 1, where she called Tim a “bully” — but he was quick to respond to her accusations. “What I’ve said about her is very matter-of-fact.
